This will no doubt become my pharmacy of choice, based on my current health care options, and I'm…read moresure they'll do fine at that. Their shelves are always well stocked, and that includes a small grocery section and coolers with milk, juice, soda, water, and other beverages. Thee employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is pretty convenient, located at the north end of a strip mall, next to the "secret Batcave exit" down the hill to the Friehofer bakery outlet, McDonalds, etc. BUT... friendly help and well-stocked shelves aren't necessarily going to encourage me to buy non-prescription products here when the average price is about 20 percent higher than the equivalent products at places like Target and Harmon. You'll find the occasional sale or loss-leader here. The other way they try to compensate is by giving you reward discounts on your next visit here for purchasing items this time. Sorry, but I'd rather pay less for the items the first time... and the second...

If you need a prescription after getting out of the hospital and arrive at the pharmacy and it's closed for lunch then have to come back. Or the same after a doctor's appointment. The sad thing is where else can you go? It's the only pharmacy in town.

The driver admitted that he never seen me not give the medication to me. He was angry. He wouldn't let me speak. You could barely understand what he was saying because he was so angry at you you had to be rude to cut so you can at least try to tell him about your evidence which by the way I have a video camera right outside my door. I don't know what else I can do to prove that I was not meds were delivered to the wrong place. I made a police report. He will not accept the police report nor give me my medication's and told me he doesn't deal with me anymore. He was rude mean treated me like a drug addict and I would never go there again and now I have to go a month without pain meds because he won't do the right thing that's required by law unless I start fighting him which I may actually do.

Since 2015 when my father died at the nearby Mid Hudson Regional Hospital (formerly Saint Francis…read moreHospital) due to heart conditions and they tried everything they could, I've been at this Rite Aid twice. And having had what I thought was the casual sinus pressure problem I had been having for the several days before this a tad earlier this month, decided to stop in to buy something to remedy it. On my most recent trip earlier this month, when I came in here for Sudafed PE (store brand) because I thought the decongestant was to fix a sinus pressure problem (which turned out to be something else entirely different). And although I felt awkward walking in (I had to overcome a fear of RiteAids having had some terrible times at my local RiteAids a little closer to me) and ended up looking like I had no clue where stuff was even with the not-so-quite visible signs which were never clearly visible or seen until later in the trip in, I found what I wanted when my mother (who came in here with me) had to help me find something (because I looked too dumb-founded to find it on my own and was about to go up-and-down each aisle until I found what I wanted to find). Having seen the register person come up to be behind her register was a chore. She was pregnant (although I have nothing against seeing this or interacting with the employee) and I had to give her the benefit of the doubt of taking more time to get there. (I was okay with this situation, though when we asked when her baby was due she said she was within a few weeks.) Prices might have been a little steep for the item, but the price I had to pay wasn't outrageous. I liked that you had a store-brand of the item I was looking for, but signage is definitely an issue. Even the price tags and sales signs are a little hard to see coming from above. I'd imagine if I was living closer to this pharmacy, I'd use it more often. But since I'm not, I'll just stop in from time-to-time when you are needed. I needed you the other day and you were there, and I thank you. (Oh yeah, before I forget): Parking. Parking also seemed to be interesting. I had come to this store in 2015 one time and parked in the front. However, I was pressed for time when I came in and parked on the side of this store on my latest visit. Signs said that there is a time restriction placed on spots here (unless you have handicap rights with a handicap placard or handicap license plate) and I was okay with that. I found that there is no direct entrance to-and-from US-9, but that was okay because I knew my way around. The corner seemed tight besides the drive-through which exits you out the side of the building where the drive-up window is.

Don't expect pleasant service here. My daughter just came from the doctor- COVID DIAGNOSIS. I…read moreexplained to the clerk that she was waiting in the car and really needed to get back into bed- crickets.crickets.crickets Twenty minutes. I politely asked if there was a way to expedite. "We have a process". Gracious. I would love to do some shopping, but the shelves are completely bare. So it's drive back home and come back again or wait out the additional 17 minutes.
