It appears clean, but there is a distinct smell within that just gives me a headache. If you need a cheap gift for a cheap friend - this might be the place to shop, because they actually do have a large selection of cheap. Having said that - sometimes cheap is the way to go and I certainly have picked up some items in this store. However, the food items seem to carry a short shelf life then most grocery stores! The staff is friendly enough when they are around and checking out is easy if you aren't in a hurry or there is no one else in the store! I'm all for a bargain, but sometimes it just isn't worth it. I'm afraid this business is failing my review. On the plus side - it's cheap and has it's own private parking lot!

These are chain stores and usually carry the same products so obviously expect typical cheapo items. My only complaint is that sometimes the line gets long and they take awhile to open a second register. It doesn't smell and there isn't moldy jerky. This place has probably changed hands since that other review from 2013.

Here's the newest scoop on their fantastic customer service: 1) They were open and ready to help me on "Good Friday" 2) They were able to contact my insurance company and get me switched from Lincare over to the Care Center with hardly any work on my part 3) They provided me with the nostril mask for my CPAP immediately with no charge 4) They found out that my insurance covered everything for my CPAP at 100% while Lincare was charging me 50% for everything 5) They took the time to explain everything about my current CPAP from Lincare as well as my new CPAP that I will be getting from them next week 6) They sincerely cared about me and my health - unlike Lincare! 7) Bonnie was perhaps one of the best respiratory therapists I've ever met - very knowledgeable and friendly 8) They stock everything I needed including a water based nostril gel in case my nose gets dried out 9) They are locally owned and operated - meaning they are there for you - not just to make money 10) Their shop is clean, well stocked, parking is plentiful (off street), they work well with insurance companies and they have great store hours of operation compared to most home care companies and medical device stores Why I didn't go to them first was just plain stupid - if you are in Northern Chautauqua County I strongly suggest you give them a chance at providing you with any medical device or home care you might need. Thank you Bonnie, Ella and Paula for making me feel important to you! And thank you for the excellent care!

The supplies center has all sorts of displays where you can compare products. Its all very modern, clean, and accessible. The staff are expertly trained and capable of answering any questions you might have. That's all very well, and far better than most pharmacies. The difference is in how the entire staff does everything possible to get you exactly what you need. * These are experts at navigating the complexities of insurance company troubles. * They work their magic and manage somehow to get doctors to comply to requests for proscription refills sometimes within the day * If by some freak chance they don't already have the equipment you need, they will simply get it, cause that's how they roll * They even deliver every weekday! These lovely people are always going the extra mile. They've all been there years, and know their business. Each are personable and truly care for their clients. I say they are professional, but that falls short of the true quality of service I receive every time I visit. What you wont find is isles of cheap toys, cases of beer, and greeting cards. This place is serious. They don't have time for price checks on dog food. If all you need is a multivitamin and more glittery nail polish, try somewhere else. This care center is for those of us who don't have the luxury of trusting our health care needs to just anyone. I call, and they deliver. If not today, then tomorrow. It simply doesn't get any better.

Went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. When you see a temporary tent business…read moreyou don't expect much but this wasn't the case. The selection of merchandise was varied, neatly arranged and well organized by price. Prices were clearly marked. We had many questions about the items and the employee on duty was fairly knowledgeable about the products. If you're interested, this is a great place to start.

I REALLY thought this rating was going to be much higher than it turned out to be, but the lower…read morerating is due mostly to service. Let me explain. First of all - you will not have a problem with parking - nice big lot and it's all FREE! Next - inside is pretty decent - large enough to accommodate large crowds or groups for sure. Cleanliness was on point - except for a pesky fly! The food was wonderful - delicious - serving sizes were a good size - you wouldn't leave hungry for sure! The price was very good - anyone can afford going here to eat! So based on food, price and parking - this place would have received my 5 star review. However, with ALL my reviews - I tag a lot of important on service. On this occasion when my wife and I arrived - there was one other couple sitting at a table. We were told we could sit anywhere - and we did - in a booth! As we sat and waited - another couple came in and sat down - overall - there were five tables of two throughout our stay and dinning experience! There was one waitress and she didn't seem to have the knowledge base to properly take care of customers. She was certainly nice enough, but her priorities were a bit out of order! Instead of offering us second on coffee or even getting us our bill - she chose to set up some tables - even though there were no other customers coming in and she had plenty of work she could have been doing with the customers that were already there - WAITING! Obviously you do not get good food quickly - this place could work a bit harder and getting the food out - this has nothing to do with our waitress, but rather the back staff - the cooks and preps - depending on how many they had - a salad should not take that long to prepare and specials are normally specials because you can get them quickly - not the case here! Now - though the place was clean - at least to a decent standard - they had a large fish tank up high on some sort of counter - nothing wrong with fish tanks, but as an enthusiast myself - it had NOT been taken care of and the fish inside were much too large for the tank - they could NOT even turn around easily in the tank. It's cruelty and something I do not wish to observe while eating OR EVER! So once I filter in the service and the poor condition of the fish tank - the rating slipped down. I'd certainly go back and give it another shot and I think if you are in the area - you should certainly check the place out!

Ultimately its a pretty small setup but is well stocked. Just in the back area behind a house this is setup in a Barn / Shed, so it was a little hard to find for me at first. (some places have address wrong as 3755 as well so be careful if you get mapped up the road a bit.) While there the worker (owner?) was very friendly, helped me in finding some specialty grains for a black IPA, making some recommendations for substitutes as he was out of some. Gave me a little taste of a Rye Amber Ale they freshly brewed as well. If you Homebrew and live in the Southtowns, this is one of your only options for supplies but seems like a place deserving of your business, as it's obviously a labor of love for the people running it.
