The store was tidy and clean. Everything was easy to find. The store was very bright and I enjoyed my shopping experience. They have a CVS Minute Clinic here, but it was closed when I got there. Outside, they had an area set up for people who were coming for Covid tests. It was really well organized. William checked me out. He wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely go back.

rospective patients, BEWARE!…read more Let me be abundantly clear: I will never set foot in this pharmacy again. The pharmacy technician, Belle, couldn't even muster basic professionalism. Normally, I'd attach "CPhT" to her name out of respect, but frankly, I have no idea if she's even passed her PTCE or if she's capable of it. Her combative attitude was completely unprovoked, yet she took zero accountability for her behavior. To make matters worse, the so-called pharmacist in charge, Katie, didn't have the backbone to address Belle's egregious conduct or her inability to respect healthy boundaries. Also, good luck escalating your concerns, because district manager David Flammia is apparently unreachable, which says everything you need to know about his ability to effectively manage this location. So unless you're a connoisseur of emotional abuse, delighting in being demeaned by someone as hostile and intimidating as Belle, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this pharmacy. Her behavior isn't just unprofessional; it's a calculated and aggressive attempt to belittle and impugn the intelligence of anyone who has the misfortune of dealing with her. Her actions make it painfully clear she's unfit for a role requiring empathy and care, turning this pharmacy into something more akin to a hostile interrogation chamber than a place where people can feel safe getting the medications they need. If you've been treated poorly here, I strongly recommend filing a formal complaint with the pharmacy's corporate office (1-800-853-3033) or the Virginia Board of Pharmacy (804-367-4456).

The prescription was sent at 1:45pm on a Sunday 3 1/2 later the stated it was in progress, with an understanding it will be ready in a few. Well, no other text came so family called to see was it ready to be picked up. We were wondering because we had not heard anything This truly sarcastic young man proceeds to say, well you should have called earlier because you aren't someone special who has high regard over 100 other people waiting for theirs. Matter of fact, if y'all think you can get here in 11 minutes before we close I will have it ready. Non professional and ignorant; I was angry beyond measure. It was a disgrace. I wonder how he would have felt if this was his family member being verbally abused. People in this business have to be caring in whatever capacity. I loved everything about Kroger. But, when it comes to a person in extreme pain and need those pills for relief; but instead get ridiculed is horrible. There is a certain way you reach people. It's the courtesy of the individual. Just because this is your profession; you do not know the physical pain that they feel or the family that have to see their loved ones suffer. Then, having an absurd employee acting liking this
