I want to shout out Felicia in the pharmacy!! I stepped on a nail. In a 1800s style home! I was in a panic because I haven't been updated on my tetanus shot. She acted quickly, gave me the vaccine. ALL while running that pharmacy! This woman deserves recognition, give her a paid vacation if you can because right there is the glue to your pharmacy! She really eased my mind. Pharmacy is the worst. They take a long time to fill prescriptions and they've told us they're ready at times when they aren't.

This is the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with! I had to switch from Walgreens's to CVS a few months ago. This has been a nightmare! I've been on hold on several occasions over 50 mins waiting to speak with a human. Just today I've tried five times to speak with a pharmacist and each time the automated fool hung up on me! I'm not calling for something simple. I have life saving meds to order! With insurance costs going up everyday I found that Eliquis (which is a blood thinner to reduce blood clots), has coupons that will reduce the cost from hundreds of dollars to $10/month! I've been attempting to speak with the pharmacist for hours. If you don't have to use his pharmacy I advise you don't. They take forever with everything they do. Maybe they need to hire more staff...but what I'm going through just to speak to a human is ridiculous! My rating for this pharmacy is 1/10, and I'm being generous. read more

Went to pick up prescription. Took 8 minutes and I was the only one there. Girl had no idea how to ring me up and girl she got to help was also new. Paid $.37 more per pill than I paid at Walgreens. And this was the best experience I've ever had at CVS. Last time took 2 months to get my pills. This time was only 3 weeks. And I can't change my insurance until January. OMG. read more

Customer service is the absolute worst!!!!!!!! kendria is so rude & unprofessional she has poor communication skills & extremely poor customer service skills!!!!!!! the absolute worst!!!!!!!!! In addition, they are not up to date on the policies and regulations and they administer the wrong prescriptions and information to patience. One time we were picking up prescriptions and they gave a grandfather the medication for his infant grandchild that was intended for an adult and could have killed him!!!!!!! Aside from Mary the store manager they have no idea what they are doing!!!!!! Jai believes customer service is not always important and makes excuses for her staff (Kendria) when they lack in service. The pharmacy is extremely slow and seemingly disorganized. No disrespect to the black pharmacist as its always awesome to see a black man representing professionally anywhere. Please get him some help so he doesn't have to run the whole pharmacy, drive thru, phones, registers, etc.... read more

Lack of communication. My doctor called in a prescription around noon on 11/29/17. Immediately I was told it would be a day for the one of my prescription. I had this medication filled a few times but each time it is never in stock. I always had to wait 24-72 hours.The pharmacy tech on duty assured me it would be done at 3:30 pm today.However, when I arrived at 4:30pm it had not even been started. I was then told 15 minutes but it took an hour before I received the call. There is always a customer service issue at this location. Sorry no longer justifies an excuse. I went out of my way to visit this location due to reviews of "exceptional" customer service. Each experience I had only made me realize CVS does not want my business. read more
