It is located in the El Camino Shopping Center. Being in a big shopping center provides plenty of parking, which is a plus. This is not my main pharmacy, but I stop by on occasion when I am visiting other establishments in the shopping center. The workers that I have encountered have been helpful and I am able to find items in stock that other CVS locations do not have. This store is open 24 hours a day, and I believe the pharmacy is only closed for 30 minutes at lunch. If you need to find something during the middle of the night, this is your location.

I recently had a situation where I was leaving out of the country for a week and out of a medication. Greta was more than willing to come up with a solution where she was able to get me a temporary supply of the medication to get me through the week. I have had many interactions with them over the last few years and each and everyone has been a perfect example of exceptional custom service. So I left my house and by the time I arrived to the store, I got an email that it was cancelled. I still walked inside the store to get familiar with where things are if I was to come back here again. The photo department is on the left side of the store and the pharmacy is toward the back. The prices of things will vary depending on what you're looking for but most of the time, it is pricer here than other places from my experience. I found parking easily and they also have destinated parking spots for curbsides pickup.

At 8:30 this pharmacy called me and asked me when I'd like to pick up my script! I was sure there would be a wait, so I called to check and the person I spoke with told me it was ready and I could come in at any time. I arrived 15 minutes later and when I walked in, the pharmacist asked, "Are you Dan?" and after checking ID, etc walked from behind the counter and proceeded to go over every medicine in the bag, one by one making sure I understood the instructions. There was absolutely no explanation for the massive price difference and no effort to help resolve the issue. When I called to check if my prescription was ready, I accidentally pressed the wrong option in the phone system and was connected to the pharmacy. Instead of simply helping me or transferring the call, the woman on the phone became loud and aggressive and then hung up on me. CVS should not even exist as a business. It is a corrupt corporation tied directly to Big Pharma that has been exploiting customers for decades. What they have been doing to people is outrageous and unacceptable. When Trump is out of office and Democrats take power again, the CEO of CVS should be dragged before Congress and forced to answer for the damage this company has done to the American people. There are two people that I wanted to give a little recognition. The first is Matthew. He is very polite and goes above and beyond to be helpful. The second is Allan. He is my favorite person to encounter at the pharmacy. When I get in line to pick up at the pharmacy, my day is better if I see he's cashiering. The store itself continues to be out of stock of so many non-prescription items, but at least Matthew and Allan make the visits a little bit better.
