I cannot access my prescriptions. The screen starts to paint with "Your Prescriptions," but the Rx fields never populate and keep sweeping (see the photo attached). This has been broken for days!

When I called today, Linda told me she could not verify which prescription I had available for pickup using my birthday or the prescription number Rayles had texted me. Instead, she insisted that I list all the prescriptions I have ever filled at Rayles. I was taken aback; I had never heard that this was a requirement. I explained that I couldn't recall all the names off the top of my head and asked if she could verify my information using my birthday. She refused, stating that they don't do that, and insisted I must provide the names of all my medications. I inquired whether this practice aligned with the standards set by the California State Board of Pharmacy. At that point, she abruptly placed me on hold. When she returned, she again requested the names of all my medications and my phone number. I repeated my request: "Can you please verify using my birthday? Isn't this a permissible method according to California law?" She responded, "No, Rayles does NOT do this!" She added, "Rayles has its own way, and the pharmacist, Lisa, is right here listening to you; you're on speaker." At no time did I permit my personal information and conversation to be shared on speaker with other customers within earshot. Throughout this interaction, Linda repeatedly put me on hold, hung up on me, refused to answer my questions, and made me feel highly uncomfortable, especially when she informed me, toward the end of our conversation, that I was on speaker. Linda has consistently demonstrated an unprofessional attitude not only towards customers but also towards her colleagues. I have often witnessed her use demeaning language when speaking to her coworkers and boast about her years of experience as a pharmacy technician, which, in her own words, gives her the right to place customers on hold for 40 minutes if she wants to. It's disappointing that both customers and her colleagues tolerate her unprofessional behavior. Every other pharmacy technician I have interacted with has been professional, respectful of privacy, and compliant with state law.

Their pharmacy does take a bit to get things done but seems like they are a bit short staffed or maybe the high demand for covid tests/vaccines more so now delays them. My favorite part of this rite aid is their Thrifty Ice cream. LOVE Thrifty ice cream. Reminds me of my childhood hometown and how my family would stop by on the weekends for a scoop. I went to purchase some cold medicine which had to be obtained from behind the counter at the pharmacy due to the ingredients. At least there was a pharmacist or a tech there who could help me. Most every day basic items that you want are not available. They carry thrifty brand ice cream so I went to the freezer case to look and they have one flavor which I decided to get. The freezers are so full of frost that each time I opened the door a bunch of snowflakes blew out. When I went to the register to check out, there was nobody there. I looked around and looked around and looked around and did not see any employees. Finally, I heard some rustling from an aisle way at the back of the store and walked over there and saw an employee doing something stocking perhaps? Anyway this place should just close because it really isn't serving any purpose. Maybe the pharmacy is doing something, but it feels like going into an abandoned building.

And tonight, my delivery was supposed to come at 7:30. At 9:00, I hadn't even gotten a text so I went to the on line chat and was told the store was still processing my order and I could call them to check on it. So I called. Too bad the store was already closed. Good thing my order just included house hold items and not medicine. Although, last week my son was waiting and waiting for days to get an update on his prescription. When he finally called, they said they couldn't process it without more information...why didn't they notify him of that they needed more information?! Clearly the managers don't take pride in the store or they would require the employees to do more than a half-assed job. I upgraded my rating to two stars because I called about my order this morning, and spoke to a lovely, polite lady about my order. She was very concerned that there was a problem and apologetic. At first she couldn't find any reference to the order so I said I would place it again. But a few minutes later, she called back and said she found the order and would fill it right away. She was very friendly and that made a huge difference. The few clerks that I have interacted with have generally been indifferent and non-caring. Customer interaction matters!

So I came to this one to get my photos done. Always check them before you leave. You don't have to pay for the ones that turned out bad. I had an issues with the print itself. I think their machine needed maintenance. Always fast and easy in and out.

I believe this is the only CVS in Vallejo, so it's definitely a convenient location for me. Thankfully, most of my experiences here have been positive. While I understand the need for stores to keep certain items under lock and key, entering this store I was freaked out by almost every aisle under plastic locked security doors. Instead of feeling safer, it made me feel like I was going to get robbed walking the aisles. You need to find a CVS clerk to basically be your personal shopper. Good luck. This is not conducive for honest shoppers. It's not a wonder online has become preferable. I left without even finding for what I came to buy.

It was a relief to shop in Vallejo instead of battling the traffic jam of American Canyon. Upon entering the store, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the interior and the attractive display of produce, refrigerated meats, dairy products, etc. Without the sale of clothing and toys at the Neighborhood Market, we found the environment less chaotic and more shopper-friendly. Perhaps the presence of security personnel helped to keep things civilized too. (I normally avoid shopping at the Wal-Mart in American Canyon because of the rude shoppers.) The other nice thing was the cost effective prices - the average item we bought was $3.00 less than the prices at our Glen Cove Safeway. Speaking of Safeway, there was a Walmart employee actually rounding up the carts. At Safeway, you often can't locate a cart unless you grab one from the parking lot. Lastly, a manager kept the checkout lines reasonable by directing shoppers to open cashiers. Safeway NEVER has enough cashiers, so much of my shopping is done at Raley's in Benicia. Well, I'll be back to the Neighborhood Market!

The fruit and pastries looked fresh and the aisles were clean. Didn't take photos in the store so enjoy our masterpiece with all the ingredients from this store.
