If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. I have been coming here to shop since I was a…read moreyoung lad since I grew up in napa and it was so close to me I would always go whether it was for a bag of chips as a child or a bottle of tequila as a grown man. I have been shopping here for 15+ years I believe maybe even more or less I'm not sure how long they have been open but this was always my go to. Everyday after work for years I would stop by here on my lunch break or after work to buy their stuff since they had a lot of good choices. The owner Paul knew me and he would always say hi to me and so did the Hispanic lady but she was kinda rude and always staring at me in an uncomfortable way but the main one that hurt was the young man who would always ring me up Everytime I would come through to J mart to buy alcohol and cigarettes after a long heavy shift. This young cashier I don't know his name but he's always there would always be so nice to me and even called me his "bruddddaaaahhhh" (brother ) Everytime I went to purchase something . A few months ago I went in and was looking for a cheap drink so I looked at the little shot bottles the 99 proof ones I believe which are only likee 1 dollar and 80 cents maybe a little more. When I didn't find my debit card in my wallet and realized I could not purchase what I wanted about 4 dollars worth of alcohol I went back in the aisle and put the little shot bottles back. But I was getting starred at In a disrespectful way as of they thought I was going to steal . I would never be stupid enough to steal from that store in my freaking life are you kidding me ?!?! If they catch you stealing they take your picture from the surveillance footage and print it out and post it in the front therefore i would never be stupid enough to steal from there I wouldn't steal im general wtf. So I left that day when I couldn't find my debit card. I go back a few weeks later when I have cash and try to buy a mini shot bottle and a pack of cigarettes, however when I go to pay the young man who works there and calls me his "brudddaaa" (brother) every time I would go in looks at me and says " I can't sell to you because you stole my boss saw you ". I was straight up flabbergasted and felt so disrespected, even after I swore I didn't steal because I'm not about that or would be stupid enough to do that he still was convinced I was a thief, wtf!? And then when I told the cashier who didn't wanna sell to me " can I please see the security footage where it shows me stealing " his response was "why should I show you" I was livid and I mean livid after the thousands of dollars I speant on my vices and groceries at Jefferson market you are going to call me a theif when you have no proof and refuse to sell to me!? That Is so messed up, therefore be careful when shopping there because if you look suspicious or for whatever reason and they aren't feeling you they will be quick to misjudge you and make you feel like a piece of crap, that's why I say F U Jefferson market, Paul maybe if you'll are really worried about people stealing you should buy a sensor and alarm for the door that goes off Everytime an unpaid item or product from your store walks out that door, don't be a cheap owner and embarrass innocent costumers, lol so I guess my new go to liquor store is going to be Lawler's lol that's okay I'm good with that plus they have good food I hear and I have yet to try it screw you Jefferson market sorry not sorry,

Great selection of beverages and snacks! Cashier is always so nice! Store is clean and organized.read more

The rude female attendant announced that she can't take it bc she doesn't have change. I offered to buy more to make sure she had change for the bill then she proceeds to say she just can't take it and I'll have to go get my debit card. Besides the fact that they should have a sign up that they can't accept large bills after a certain time the attendant should also work on her customer service. Not returning needless to say.

Napa's Redwood Road 7-Eleven has the MOST challenging parking lot in the Valley. The Starbucks at…read moreLincoln/Jefferson and the Auto-Zone at Lincoln/Soscol are easier to enter in comparison. Like an astronaut, one must carefully negotiate the point of entry. It's like "Apollo 13" when Tom Hanks realizes that if he goes in too sharply, the pod will burst into flames, and if it goes in too lightly, it will bounce off the atmosphere and into the depths of space. So, I entered the parking lot with extreme care. The 7-Eleven has a good assortment of breakfast items, and they carry chocolate creamers! My coffee tasted like hot chocolate and the marshmallows made it sweetly sumptuous. The Brazilian Bold blend puts the burnt sophisticated Starbucks lattes across the street to utter shame. There's a great assortment of magazines, and a Redbox out front so one can enjoy the guilty pleasure of cheesy movies (along with the guilty pleasure of 7-Eleven fare) The Redwood Road location is fitting. Having driven the Lakeport/Cloverdale/Ukiah route through the redwoods, that was equally challenging. Thank heaven for 7-Eleven!

I was never able to get the app to work on my phone and last night the lovely manager (named Cassie I think) spent like 10 mins on the phone with customer support helping me. I was already a loyal customer but I was really surprised to get that level of service too!

This store is everything that target is not as far as the grocery side of the business goes. If you're looking for general merchandise, clothing, TVs, electronics, etc., then go there. Here you can get sushi, hot Chinese food, fresh prepared deli meals, even fresh made sandwiches. There's also a large freshly stocked produce department, including a floral department. And unlike Target, they've made a considerable investment in their beer, wine, and liquor selection. They even offer a 30% off discount on wine if you buy six bottles, which I've never seen. It's obviously a focus item for them because it is stacked throughout the store. The only problem is that their prices are so high that it forces you into a six pack. You'll find all the items you would expect to find in your usual large grocer, including pharmaceuticals, but no pharmacy. Here you can also buy rotisserie chickens and tri-tip ($10-$20). You can also find bagged ice and propane tanks to rent. I'm a little disappointed by many of these one star slappers because they're being shortsighted on a personal small thing or detail while overlooking the larger picture. Whatever small things this store gets wrong are easily outweighed by what it gets right. The photos included should convince you of that.
