The bathroom is absolutely nasty, I'm disabled and was not able to sit on the toilet due to piss and period blood all over, and when I told the staff, she said she would clean it later, this was at 11:15 am on Thursday June 12th...I had to squat to pee and doing so caused me to be in excruciating pain due to the fact I have a bad hip (I use a cane), also there was piss all over the floor in front of the toilet from the previous people. For the most part the staff here is decent, they're at least trying. I'm not sure what her name is but Ursula the sea witch with the empty eyebrows that she just outlines, has a serious problem. Maybe it's because she can't figure out how to do her eyebrows, I don't know. I've been coming in there several times a day for the last few weeks since I'm always in the area. Today she decides to card me out of nowhere, she didn't yesterday or any of the other days that I've come in every.. day... to buy cigarettes. When I explained to her my ID was stolen she saunters to put my cigarettes back and tells me $1.39 for my soda. So I push it towards her and sauntered out the door. As she was saying "adios" to a coworker repeatedly who actually is a really nice lady- I wish I knew their names. She forgets she's only a Chevron clerk she's not some CEO of a Fortune 500 company. She needs to calm it down. I've never one time seen her be nice or friendly or genuinely smile, you can see how her face contorts into a weird shape when she smiles because it's not used to it on the rare occasion she does smile to a vendor or a guy she finds attractive. I'm really upset I've spent hundreds of dollars here in the last month just to be told no for cigarettes when I'm double the legal age to buy them and have many times, here, up until today, by her. Somebody should teach your customer service and how to appreciate your regular customers. Although I don't think that's a thing anymore in our society so maybe it's a waste of time cuz you might get a happy customers who spend more. This used to be a decent place to get in and out of fairly quickly. The last 2 times I stopped, the pumps only accepted prepayment (so I had to go in to stand in line for 5-7 mins to pay inside). The cashier claimed it's my cards, but I use them at every other Chevron pump in the region with no problem. The lines inside are long (usually 5-6 people in line waiting to pay or for change) and the cashier I've dealt with each time was rude and abrupt. Bathrooms are also often out of order. So Isabel is the worst in customer service! Super rude! I go here All of the time for scratchers and never have had such an awful experience! And I spent about $1300! I called first to find out when a manager would be there and Isabel can't give out any ones schedule. They don't have multiple managers? If you're on the way out of town but you're on the east side, this maybe your lastchance for gas if you're headed east on 12. Newly redone but a bit on the expensive side. If you're staying across the street at the BW it's also very convenient. I would leave negative stars if I could! I went inside to cash my lottery tickets. Keep in mind none of which were over $599 which is the limit ANY lottery retail store is suppose to cash. The highest I had was $250. My total amount didn't even go over $350. The manager came out and told me they don't cash anything over $50!? First that's not the rules if your going to sale tickets second she was extremely rude and told me she was calling the cops in front of other customers. Meanwhile the other worker walked outside and was smoking 5 feet from the door. Usually I have better experiences here. Her name was DENEA and was extremely rude. We've been chevron card holders for over 30 years and this is enough to make us quite immediately. So don't go here and expect to cash your wining tickets. Tonight I went to the gas station at 2 AM and needed to fill up my tank. I gave the cashier a 100 dollar bill, and without even greeting me he said I can't break 100. I don't really know what that means. I don't know if he's seriously unable to, or it's within Chevron's policy to not break $100 bills? Either way, it was a huge inconvenience to me. I didn't have anything smaller. And there's nowhere around to break my $100 bill at 2 AM. I drove down the street thinking that I can make it to another gas station, and ran out of gas. Now I'm stuck on the side of the road because I was inconvenienced at Chevron. How could he not have change for a 100? It's a gas station, people give them cash all day long. And if it is a part of policy, it's the biggest inconvenience to deny somebody because they're paying in a $100 bill. When people need gas, they really need it. This is not a game. So now I'm sitting here stuck at 2:30 in the morning because of you guys. And to make matters even worse, the person who's on their way to come help me stopped at this same Chevron to buy a gas can. I'd love to give this place no stars but to leave a review I have to put at least one. I came to this place on my lunch to grab some snacks for my coworker and I. I decided to turn in some of my scratchers as well since I was there. The lady behind the counter refused to take my scratchers because she was "closing". I then inquired as to what that meant and she told me that her shift was almost done and the second shift was coming. However, she took my money for the snacks but couldn't take my scratchers. I frequently come to this gas station for lunch but will now be taking the extra five minutes to go to the gas station down the other way. The Imola Avenue Chevron is at a tricky corner. They have the most extensive parking lot for their Extra Mile of all the Napa Chevron stations. Their breakfast selection was.... odd. They had plenty of pastries&cereals, but they were almost out of their breakfast burritos. The Whole 9 Yards has a delicious selection of porks (sausage, bacon, smoked ham) They also have Seattle's Best Coffee, great to have the hazelnut flavor paired with hazelnut creamers. I would give negative stars if I could. I usually do not go out of my way to write a negative review but I felt this was necessary. I've given this specific gas station multiple chances being that it's conveniently on the way out of town and also by my home. The two Latina women who work there have made me extremely uncomfortable every interaction I have with them. They do not greet anyone, or even look at a customer. They have snickered multiple times and made comments laughing in Spanish ( which they do not know I am fluent). There is absolutely no reason to be treated this way especially when I go in extremely nice, knowing they will make it uncomfortable. They stay on their phones, taking personal calls and holding up the lines acting like they do not care. The last time I was in, one of them was on the phone while also talking to her coworker, talking about how she can't wait to get off and how she doesn't "give a f**" and "f** this place". You should never say that in front of customers even if that is how you feel. I hope the manager takes action upon this and at least tells them to fake a smile, greet people, be helpful without an attitude and leave your personal life at home. This is the worst ran station that I have ever used. 90 percent of the time there is no receipt paper loaded in the pump so you have to go inside to get a receipt. Once inside, the line is usually half the length of the building since they usually only have one person at the register. There is always at least one pump out of service and usually more. There have been two times in the last year that they have ran completely out of fuel. Terrible management. read more
