They came with lettuce and cheese and he asked for pico de gallo on his as well. My daughter and I both got chicken quesadillas with added pico. They have a salsa bar where I was able to get us a couple to try on our dishes. The food was ready quickly and we took it outside to where my husband was at a picnic table with our two dogs. We ate outside on a lovely evening. I wish I had grabbed a fork before going outside. The dining room closed an hour before the posted closing time. So we could not get back in. The food was tasty and the salsas had wonderful heat. When we finished we disposed of our trash and left the tray on top of the trash can next to the door.

The first night there was a 4 taco special for $7.50 but I upgraded my tacos to carnitas. Asada, and pastor for $1.50. The pastor was my favorite but they were all good. Hubs had the enchiladas (per usual) and was happy. Our little loved the chicken tenders and the fries are delicious. The second time she had rice and beans and declared them the best she'd ever had! At lunch I had the quesobirria special and they were definitely the best id ever had. I'm often disappointed, but here- not a bit! The service is so friendly and helpful! It has a family feel. The house margs are top notch AND they have a salsa bar! That's nearly unheard of post-Covid so three cheers for that perk! We'd definitely return here!

I feel like it's the most consistent in flavor. When we were there last, we ordered that and a few others, like their chorizo special, the birria, pork belly, and the adobo chicken. All nice and moist, but I will say needed a bit more punch of flavor. I feel like the tacos though, regardless of flavor, are a nice portion size. You definitely don't leave hungry! They have really good margaritas, and I think they have a nice happy hour. Basically the margs are BOGO, which is especially nice if you opt for the large! Some of their other items, like nachos or quesadillas, all look super fun and delicious, and I think that's what I'll try the next time I'm there. This place can get really really busy as it's order at the counter and keep a tab open. So just be mindful of that as the line can back up pretty quick.
