We asked another server for water; he said he would bring it but never returned. Eventually, we had to get the attention of a third person just to get some water. The restaurant was very busy, and I understand that can affect service, but being busy shouldn't mean customers are virtually ignored throughout their meal. Our service was intimate and personable, but not rushed or pressured. And, we sat outside in the courtyard under the Italian sky. Can't say much else except it was our favorite place to eat in Italy.
