What a lovely village in Switzerland. After exploring the town, we settled on lunch at Ristorante Corona, and it was well worth it. We sat on the patio and ordered pizza and the guys each ordered a calzone.
The pizza was incredible. The crust was light and like nothing in the U.S. The pizza was topped with tender mushrooms, and lots of cheese, it was excellent. The calzones were huge, but they managed to eat every last bite. The tender crusts were filled with gently cooked eggs and a nice runny yolk spilling all over the ham, mushrooms, and cheese. We ended the meal with cappuccinos and they too were delicious, creamy, and not bitter. We still are talking about our lunch at Ristorante Corona. read more
