For the cooking class, he taught us how to prepare: fresh pesto, handmade pasta (tagliatelle), branzzino, calamari, bruschetta, mussels and clams, and a beautiful chocolate cake. For the private dinner, he prepared: smoked tuna, octopus salad, seared fish and tiramisu. We also ate at their restaurant which was homely and very local. The menu is not in English, a good sign! There is an outdoor terrace with a partial view on the lake and no one else is around because it is not located in a touristy area. Prices were excellent.
