This restaurant is located in the middle of Moncalvo, and you cannot tell from the outside what hidden gem is inside. It is located on the main street, and there is street parking. Once inside, you realize that the entire back wall of this restaurant is essentially windows that look out over the Monferro hills. Spectacular view at lunch. I went in November, but I'm sure that if you go on a warmer time of the year, you can sit out on the terrace, and it must be truly amazing. Even though I speak extremely limited Italian, the staff was so nice. I started with scallops with pumpkin sauce and black truffle, delicious! Then, I had the ravioli with beef broth. So simple, so tasty and perfectly cooked. Finally, I had the Autumn In Monferro dessert which was a baked pear with hazelnut sauce and vanilla gelato.
