Interestingly she said they could not use soy sauce because it was gluten-free while at the same time there was a bottle of gluten-free soy sauce on the table....Many strange things at this restaurant....the dipping sauce for the spring rolls had a very strong note of balsamic vinegar and she admitted that they use vinegar for their spring roll dipping sauce.
