The takoyaki was very delicious, with the fresh seafood in the middle mingling very well with the freshly prepared batter and the toppings. I got a bowl of miso butter, and my friends tried the tan-tan men and curry ramen. I'd probably say that the broths across the board were relatively saltier than I'd like. The noodles the first time around were a tad overcooked, but the kae-dama was cooked al dente. It's funny, because I'd almost forgotten how non Sun Noodle ramen noodles tasted! I chatted with the chefs about my ramen adventures in the US, as well as my own attempts at cooking some tonkotsu, and it was overall a great experience.
