I've been coming to this place for YEARS, and what used to be my go to place is definitely longer no more. I am so UPSET with the lady who did my brows today. First of all, I've never had a particular person who I preferred to do my brows because they are in my opinion, particularly low maintenance. My brow bone is particularly prominent so it's easy to shape my brows and because I get my brows threaded very often, you can definitely see the outline of the previous brow work. So all you really have to do is clean it up and trim. Which is why I didn't care which lady did my brow here because it's simple work and anyone with threading skills can easily do it and make me happy. Second, that's why I loved coming here! Because all the ladies were skilled at threading. NOT ANYMORE, I can't believe this establishment even let this lady work here. I'm so upset I didn't get her name because I would have definitely blasted her name on here. She did the WORST job. My brow is so uneven, there are EMPTY patches and sloppy lines. She definitely did not know what she was doing and I really hope the establishment fires her and saves future brows from being destroyed. If you saw my brows, you would understand. It's going to take me months for them to grow back enough for a good shape. I know I'm angry and vengeful, but more so I'm just disappointed. Mainly because I've put my trust in this place for a really long time. I was a first-timer for having my eyebrows threaded. This place is convenient, quick, and inexpensive. $7 to have my brows shaped, threaded, and trimmed. I think they look better than they have in years! It's a little uncomfortable, but not as painful as waxing. They put a lovely aloe lotion on to calm the skin when they were finished. This place is convenient as they have a short wait time and parking on site. I've been here twice and will continue to get my eyebrows threaded here in the future. I have very thin eyebrows but the staff are able to perfectly shape them without threading too much. I have been to other places where they have made my eyebrows look even thinner than they really are. This is a good place for eyebrow threading. They accept debit/credit as well! read more

Wow, what a great find. I usually go down to Santa Anita Mall to get my brows done. Lately the people at Ziba have been messing up my brows and they just don't have the customer service like they used to. So i decided to look on yelp and I'm so happy I found this place. Sam really is great! Highly recommend her do your brows. I called to make an appointment but they just told me to come right in. Didn't seem to crowded and they work pretty fast. I got the threading, didn't hurt one bit and was so quick. Sam trimmed off the excessively long hairs and then gave me an aloe massage. Don't forget to check in on yelp to get one dollar off! I've been coming to this place for a pretty long time now, I guess now is as good time as ever to post my review. When I first started coming here Kalpu was my go-to girl. She would always take her time in how she did my brows and never rushed no matter how many people waited for her. After she left, I was pretty disappointed because I always am so hesitant to try to trust another person to do the same job. Given, they all do a pretty good job so you shouldn't feel super reluctant. BUT, finally, I have met Anjila. She is so good! She takes her time and my brows always look so good after she does them. And if you feel like you need more done, she does what you like. She always checks to make sure you're okay and just wants you to feel at ease. I feel so comfortable going to her and I trust her to touch up my brows anytime. So if you're new here, I would definitely recommend Anjila! P.s. Sorry for the misspell of her name. read more

The brows were okay she missed some spots didn't really structure or clean them up .. some major things i saw was the girl reusing a lot of tools with out sanitation she seems like she was in a rush when they wouldn't close for another 30 min. parking is super easy! The lot connected has so many spots, it usually takes me about 2 minutes to find a spot. Now coming at certain times is the best because this place gets busy. I try to come early afternoon on weekends or right when they open to avoid long lines! The yelp check in deal is great - ($1 off) along with their already low prices! I am able to get my eyebrows and lip threaded for $10 (With the check in). Also if you are a rewards member every 7th visit is free. I use that all the time! When you walk in someone always greets you right away and asks you the service you want after you check in. They are very attentive and show you their work with a mirror after applying aloe vera. If you want more taken off they will easily do that without an extra charge. When I go I prefer to have my eyebrows cleaned rather than shaped because I like my eyebrows on the thicker side. But if you want to create more shape they will do that for you. This has been my go to threading place for years and will continue because of their fabulous service and amazing deals. read more
