This is my go to eyebrow threading place. Personally I have trouble learning people's names, but the workers there have been working there since the place opened. The place is crowded on some days, but they do go through everyone pretty quickly. Their service is very nice and quick. After each eyebrow threading, they always ask if its okay to aloe vera and they hand you a mirror to make sure that you are satisfied with how your eyebrows look. If you are not satisfied, you can always tell them where to fix it. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. read more

I recently moved to the area and I was nervous about trying any threading place because I've had bad experiences. I moved away from my favorite place. But this place had good reviews and I needed to get my caterpillars tamed. Both times I've been, my eyebrows came out looking amazing. Kelly did my eyebrows last and it was painless and fast. She didn't break the thread once which kind of hurts sometimes. Not only do the women do a great job but the prices are very affordable. It's only 7 dollars to get your eyebrows done. But they offer other places on your face for threading like a normal threading salon. Super awesome place! Definitely recommend. Now my new favorite spot. 2 stars because they did a good job on my eyebrows. But their service is crappy and I have many reasons why. First off of all they speak a different language, which is not a problem because they have pretty good English. But when they speak to each other while they are working on you they are 100% talking about you. Like for instance I told the lady my eyebrow hair were really thick and she immediately said something to the other lady in her language. And this other time one customer didn't pay tip and the employee taking her money said something to the lady in the back in their language. Judging by the tone on voice it was not nice. Second off the lady who did my eyebrows was really rough and fast which was so painfully my eyes started to tear up which has never happened before. I asked her to go slower she did but she still threaded really hard and the skin around my eyebrows were super red after. Yeah they greet you properly and ask you how you are doing, but it's all fake nice. It's not genuine. I know they offer a $1 off check in which is tempting but honestly you're better off going somewhere else where you pay 2 or 3 bucks but get better service. There is another eyebrow place in old town Monrovia which is a 5 minute drive from here. They will treat you better. read more

I haven't wanted to thread my eyebrows in a long time after my skin was left in cuts after a threading session at another place. On a whim, I decided to give this place a try and I have no regrets. They do a wonderful, thorough job and provide excellent customer service. The icing on top is that their prices are so reasonably good! I really enjoyed the little face massage after the threading was done. Usually after a session like this the area on my skin will get red or bumpy but such a good job was done that my skin was not irritated at all. I went today for eyebrow threading and the small petite lady asked me to hold my eyelids, as she proceed to start threading I immediately knew it was not going to be a good experience. She was going so fast and hard I knew right she was going to mess them up. When she was done my eyes brows were not even. Yet she has the nerve to say "nice eyebrows"!! I looked around for a manager but there wasn't one in site. Seriously, if don't know how to thread or don't like dealing with the public then you are in the wrong job or maybe get some training on threading and people!!! I will never go back read more

Please read all the recent reviews. I have been coming here for almost a year. The service was never amazing but for the price it was worth it. Like many of the recent reviewers, I came here because it was cheap and close by. I never had any problems until recently. It is clear that the staff rushes to get your eyebrows done and on top of that there is no communication what so ever. They used to show me the brows before and ask if I like them, but now they just tell me that they are done and to pay in the front. HOWEVER, the worst thing is that I now have all these CUTS under my eyebrows. Both eyebrows were cut badly and now there are about 5 red and inflamed scars under both my eyebrows. There are many other places around the area around the same price range that will not leave scars on your eyes. read more

All the ladies are super nice and the wait time is never too long. They keep a record of all your purchases in their computer and every tenth purchase you get one free! Worse experience ever!!! I specifically told the girl Kelly when I sat down that I'm trying to grow my eyebrows out. I told her NOT to pull the hairs closest to my brows because I fill them in myself to make my brows thicker. When she was done ALL those hairs were gone and my eyebrows were High School thin! I was so upset and rather then say sorry she tells me they look better and she could not leave those hairs there. Wtf!! When I ask you to not touch something you don't do it because you think it looks better. They are not your eyebrows!! I'm sitting in my car crying and devastated that my patience to grow them out for more then a year was for nothing. Never coming back here again!! read more

Decided to go to this place, after the place I used to go to messed up my eyebrows one too many times! I went in on a Sunday around 1, and I waited about 20 minutes since they were pretty busy. But loved how my eyebrows turned out! I didn't get the name of the girl who did mine, but she was the first chair. I had asked to leave some hairs from where the previous girl had messed them up. And she did! Really loved how they came out. The mini massage at the end was my favorite! I will definitely return to this location, especially it being so close to my house. read more

The customer service is average, but if you're going to be in and out it's no big deal. I'd recommend giving them a try after all the price is right! read more

DONT GO TO KELLY So I came in to get my eyebrows threaded. The women who serviced me was KELLY. My eyebrows are a little thin,but I always mention that to who ever services me. All the girls do a great job. I told her I wanted them arched and she said so just a clean up. And I answered yes. Of course she was rushing the consultation so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and trusted that she understood what I wanted. I noticed my eyes were more watery than usual and it was more painful than usual. KELLY showed me one eyebrow and said is that okay? It seemed a little thin but she had already done it. So i was worried that if I answered no that's seems too thin , she would leave my other eyebrow thick ?? So Answered yes. I didn't wanna end up with completely different eyebrows. So when she finished they seemed okay. I did tell her they seemed a little thin. I didn't wanna make a scene so I figured well okay they'll grow back. As soon as I got in my car I looked at my eyebrows in my mirror. And I freaked out LITERALLY HALF OF MY EYEBROWS ..GONE. I looked like I had no eyebrows. I was MORTIFIED . And decided I couldn't just leave with out saying anything. It looked like I drew my eyebrows on with sharpie. I wanted to cry. I walked back in and she was sitting there talking , she stood up looking confused. I told her that she messed up my eyebrows. She went to her chair and motioned me to come. I said NOOO YOU TOOK OFF PLENTY ALREADY. They are so THIN. she kept saying well that's what you asked for. NOOO I asked for a clean up and an arch. And I mention how I'm letting my eyebrows GROW. i even pulled out a picture to show her how my eyebrows are after I get them done. She said OMGSHH and rolled her eyes. Are you serious !? You mess up my eyebrows and now give me attitude. She Said we'll what do you want me to do ? And at this point she was frustrated. I said what can you do ?? I told her I never complain but this is just so bad. She said NO ONE COMPLAINS LIKE THIS. I said well I AM ,This is horrible I've never had such a bad experience I said to her. She said WELL THEYLL GROW BACK. are you serious ?! She was DISMISSIVE RUDE AND SHOWED THAT SHE JUST DIDNT CARE. So I asked for a refund. I hope she gets fired for this. Because trust and believe that if she did it to me she'll do it to plenty more. WORST SERVICE EVER AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. Check out my before and after.
