I gave my order to the guy helping me and he input into a tablet that sends the order to the back for fulfillment and they call your name when it's ready. As I waited I walked around and instantly saw something else I wanted. I approached the counter and the girl was nice to help me add it to my order, not an issue. I waited about 10mins for my order to be filled, not bad. They have a good variety and everyone who works here was nice. I would go back!
