ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND RISA TRAVEL TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was, without question, the worst vacation experience my family has ever had, and it was entirely due to the lack of organization, communication, and professionalism from Risa Travel. We traveled as a group of 16 family members to Punta Cana to celebrate my son's 15th birthday. Our group included young children, elderly family members, and my father in law, who is blind. Because of the size and needs of our family, I made it very clear from the beginning that it was extremely important for our rooms to be close together and that our accommodations be planned properly. Unfortunately, none of that happened. Instead of enjoying a once-in-a-lifetime family celebration, we spent our vacation dealing with unnecessary stress, confusion, and problems that should have been handled long before we arrived. The arrangements were poorly coordinated, and it became obvious that no one took the time to ensure our reservations matched what had been promised. Traveling with children, senior family members, and a blind parent requires careful planning and attention to detail. Risa Travel failed to provide either. The lack of concern and accountability was incredibly disappointing. Rather than feeling supported, we felt completely abandoned when issues arose. This trip represented months of planning and a significant financial investment. Instead of creating wonderful memories for my son's special birthday, we were left frustrated, disappointed, and overwhelmed by problems that could have easily been prevented with competent planning and honest communication. A travel agency is supposed to reduce stress--not create it. Sadly, Risa Travel did exactly the opposite. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in this agency and will never book with them again. I will also be advising my family, friends, and anyone planning a vacation to look elsewhere. There are many travel agencies that truly care about their clients, but based on my experience, Risa Travel is not one of them. If you are planning a vacation--especially for a large group or if you are traveling with children, elderly family members, or someone with a disability--I strongly recommend choosing a different travel agency. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RISA TRAVEL. I recently returned from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and this was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I have ever had. We traveled as a family group of 16 people, including children, elderly family members, and my father, who is legally blind, to celebrate my son's 15th birthday. Before booking, I specifically explained our situation and the accommodations we required. Because our family consisted of six people, I was told we needed two rooms. I also clearly requested that the rooms be located next to each other due to my father's blindness and because my older son is still a minor. In addition, I asked for the rest of our family members to be placed nearby because we were traveling together as a large family group. I was also assured that we would have a morning departure to Punta Cana and an afternoon return flight. However, when I received the vouchers, our departure was scheduled for the afternoon instead. I contacted the agency for clarification and received no response. The problems only escalated from there. The day before departure, the flight was changed again, and after arriving at the airport four hours early, the flight was delayed even further. By the time we arrived at the resort and completed the lengthy check-in process, it was already evening. The most unacceptable issue occurred at the hotel. The resort informed me that no special requests or notes had been sent by Risa Travel regarding my father's disability, the need for adjacent rooms, or our family group arrangements. As a result, our group was scattered across different buildings, and the hotel could not accommodate our request because it was fully booked. Instead of enjoying the first days of our vacation, I spent hours dealing with room changes and logistics. The following morning, we were told to return at 7 a.m. to see if any rooms became available, requiring us to pack, check out, and wait again for reassignment. We lost valuable vacation time because arrangements that were promised during booking were never properly communicated to the resort. Just when we thought the situation was resolved, we received an email the day before departure stating that our return flight had been changed from 3:45 p.m. to 9:15 a.m. The only notification was an email; no phone call, text message, or WhatsApp message was sent. Had I not happened to check my email, our entire group could have missed the flight. I spoke with the manager, Dayana, and explained the difficulties we had already experienced traveling with children, elderly relatives, and a blind family member. After nearly an hour on the phone, I was ultimately told that nothing could be done and that the flight could not be changed. At that point, it became clear that once payment is collected, customer support and follow-through are no longer a priority. The agency promised accommodations they failed to deliver, failed to communicate important flight changes properly, and failed to advocate for our family despite knowing our circumstances in advance. This trip was meant to be a special family celebration. Instead, it became a stressful and exhausting experience. I cannot recommend Risa Travel and would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before booking through this agency, especially if traveling with children, elderly relatives, or passengers with disabilities. read more

For starter, Risa travel never informed us at least that the Hotel has a lot that its under construction. When we arrived the only 3 rooms they had was there facing the construction. At least let the customer know so he can decide if he will go or not. Maybe those were the only rooms you were able to secure that no one wanted them. I understand things happened but the most important aspect in business or personal touch is COMMUNICATION. I always had the dream to go to Dubai and Risa Travel made my dream came true. Everything was so smooth from my first phone call with Ruslan Fonseca to the last day when our guide Yasser took us to the airport. Absolutely everything described in the tour was perfectly fulfilled. The Hotel was fantastic, breakfast was exceptional!!. All the planned excursions were fully fulfilled. ***Warning to others*** I should have paid attention to the warning signs from the beginning and not done business with Risa Travel. I called to get a quote and when I called back to set up the reservation and pay, the agent I spoke with had left the office and no one wanted to assist. I suppose they work on commission? Instead of being helped by an available agent, I was left on hold indefinitely and had to call back. After multiple calls to set up my reservation with no success, I requested a supervisor get in contact with me. After a few hours, Mariela, the owner of the agency reached out and was able to get my reservation placed and paid. The biggest issue and the reason I am giving the agency a one star review (0 if I could) is due to the return flight. -During our initial conversation, we expressed our concern that they were using a Charter flight for the trip. Mariela advised that Global X was an airline that has an exclusive contract with only Risa travel and thus we will not have any scheduling issues. We trusted her explanation and proceeded with the booking. -Our flight was originally scheduled to leave on July 12th at 11am. The night before, July 11th, we received a text stating the flight had been rescheduled and would now be leaving at 7pm. We were never given a reason as to the delay, we were told it was rescheduled and that's all. We were understanding and accepted the new flight time. -On July 12, 2:54 pm, 6 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up, we received another text advising that the new flight time is 11pm and we would need to stay at the hotel until 7pm for a bus pick up and transfer to the airport. Keep in mind, the hotel checkout is at 12pm. We were sitting in the heat, outdoors for 7 hours with all of our luggage and kids waiting for pick up. No further explanation was given as to why the flight was rescheduled, again. -We arrived at the Miami Airport the next morning, July 13th at around 2am. We made it to our final destination around 2:30 am. -On July 12th, Mariela, the owner of the agency, advised she would be meeting with the airline and would get back to us regarding compensation. After a few days of no communication, we reached out to follow up and were told we would be getting an email. -We finally received the email and were told we would be given a $100 credit per adult for a future vacation package with Risa travel. I have never in all my life been so insulted and disgusted. I have no use for an agency credit as I never plan to book any vacations through Risa Travel again after the ordeal we had to endure and the lack of empathy they demonstrated. It is evident that customer satisfaction and retention is not a priority for Risa Travel. -We declined the agency credit/voucher and requested a partial refund for the return flight due to the inconvenience and due to the additional expenses we incurred due to their internal issues. We have not received any further response or communication regarding this request from anyone at the agency, therefore, we have taken matters into our own hands and will proceed with a legal claim. Looking back to when we first reserved, they were very insistent to have the reservations paid via Zelle or Cash. Now I understand why they push for this type of payment. They are familiar with these types of issues and know that the clients will seek help from the financial institution as they wash their hands in these circumstances. Furthermore, we have posted reviews on social media and they have all been taken down. I have a feeling most of their good reviews and praises are fake. I will be posting reviews everywhere so that other customers are aware of these issues and think twice before doing business with a lackluster company such as Risa Travel. read more

The tours we went on were all good and the tour guides were great. The hotels, on the other hand, were unacceptable and nothing I would have booked for my family and me. They were listed as 4 stars but they were more like 2 stars. They were old and in desperate needs of repairs and updates. The only updates made in 2 of the 3 hotels were the bathrooms. The first was in Paris:Mercury Paris LA Defense 30 Rue Baudin 92400 Courbevoie Francia This room was warm and old. The second was in Barcelona:Hotel Catalonia Barcelona 505 Carr. De Muntaner, 505, Sarria-Sant Gervasi 08022 Barcelon, Spain Do NOT stay here!!!!! It had a terrible le sewer smell When we notified the front desk, housekeeping came and sprayed the room. So now it smelled like sewage and deodorizer. I was nauseous from the smell! The third room was in Madrid: Hotel Agumar Paseo de la R. Cristina, 7 28014 Madrid, Spain This room was dirty and old. The bed was uncomfortable. The curtains did not close and the black out curtain was full of holes as if a tiger had ripped in to it. We had to clip it closed with a hair clip so the light wouldn't disturb us at sunrise. The walls were paper thin and we could hear full conversations next door and laughter in the lobby. As a company, RISA Travel they are terrible, they provide poor service, they lie to you about the prices, they ask for the deposit money and when you go to claim it, they tell you that they cannot give it back to you and they keep the money. Be very careful with the people who give the money to them, because they keep the money and you lose it. Risa travel agency does not stand behind the services they sell nor the providers they contract. The airline they use Globalx flights are consistently delayed due to maintenance issues. We lost two days at the resort we booked with them due to their contracted providers. Their response was it was not their problem. Use other travel tools for books, they are cheaper and provide better service and are responsive when problems arise. The 5 star hotel we were sold needs to be reevaluated. Air condition problems daily, moldly showers, the swim up pool did not have water circulation...it was just standing water. I will use this company or recommend them to anyone. Booked a package with Risa only to be told two weeks before vacation that they had to change the dates because they had issues with the charter airline. When asked what my options were, considering I might not be able to travel on the new dates, their response was, "This is your option. Travel on the new date. That's it. That's what we're offering." Flight time was also changed from a morning flight to an evening flight, not getting into the hotel until 10PM, essentially losing out on my first day of vacation. Again, not even an apology from these people. And the cherry on top, the return flight was for late in the evening but the hotel wants you out of the room by 11AM. Did Risa make arrangements for a late checkout for us? Nope. Did they care that we'd be out of our rooms for 9 hours before our flight? Also no. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people. Definitely every body have a different perspective and experience. I recommended this agency to someone and they told me that the review they found wasn't good, that's why I'm writing miine. Risa Travel has been for many years the agency my family has used for vacation trips, and has always been an excellent experience, from Miami airport to destination and back, they have delivered the most detailed attention to our needs. UPDATE 7/21/2022 Hasta este momento Risa Travel no ha devuelto el dinero del dia perdido. (6/26/2022). Quiero ir actualizando este review con todo lo que vaya pasando con esta agencia y conmigo. Y agregar algo que he notado. Días después de haber escrito mi review, la dueña me llamó muy preocupada para que yo removiera mi review, pero zero intención de devolver el dinero del dia perdido. Yo he notado, chequeando muy de cerca los reviews que escriben aqui, que por cada cliente que escribe su experiencia, ellos "buscan" quienes escriben un review bueno. Por eso, su categoría no va a bajar a la realidad de lo que ocurre con los clientes. Ya hace casi un mes que cometimos el gravísimo error de no creer o no tener en consideración los reviews aqui escritos. Y los errores se pagan caros, muy caros. No cometas el mismo error que yo cometi. Yo no podría contarlos todos, pero estoy muy segura que una buena cantidad de los reviews positivos no son clientes reales. Llegue a pensar incluso que lo ocurrido durante nuestras vacaciones suelen ocurrir solo a República Dominicana, pero amigos que leyeron otros reviews me dicen que vieron reviews negativos de viajes a Europa. O sea, voy a decir tal como le dije a la dueña cuando me llamó: Como ustedes quieren tener las manos en todos sin tener un director de operaciones que maneje estas situaciones, ustedes son responsables de todo lo malo que está pasando durante sus viajes porque para eso se les paga a ustedes. Al final usted que este leyendo este review hace lo que usted considere, yo personalmente nunca mas viajo ni tampoco recomiendo a nadie viajar con ellos. Quiero aclarar algo sumamente importante: En la respuesta de la agencia usted podrá leer que dicen que el vuelo de regreso salió en tiempo. NO, jamas el vuelo salió en tiempo. Toda la documentación que tenemos tiene confirmado el vuelo de salida de regreso para Miami a las 10 AM, y nosotros salimos pasadas las 6:30 de la tarde. Por tanto, hasta en eso se atreven a mentir. Review escrito en Junio, días después del regreso: Yo voy a actualizar este review con todos los detalles que un viajero necesita saber, pero por ahora solo puedo decirles que mi recomendación es que NO VIAJEN CON RISA TRAVEL JAMÁS. If I could give them 0 stars I would. One would think if you book a group of 8 that included 2 kids (3 & 10), everyone would be sitting together or at the very least near by. This was not the case on either flight. The only reason I was able to sit next to my to kids was because they moved people around once I saw our seats were all separate. The rest of the group was scattered throughout the plane. On the return flight we were told we would be picked up at 6 am for a 10am departure....bus didn't show up till 645 am...airport is about 30-35 min away from the hotel. The staff working to check people in were in no rush whatsoever. Long story short we didn't get a chance to even use the restroom because by the time we got check in..went through "security" and immigration, the flight was already boarding. They promise top quality hotels, but deliver 2 MAYBE 3 star hotels. We were a group of 8, having 3 different rooms. 2 rooms had the absolute worst smell of humidity as well as black mold. We had to go to the front and have those changed multiplied times due to being given "new" rooms with the same smell. Wasn't till we hit a Room in the 3 floor that we were finally able to settle down. They will say it's not their fault however they are selling you a 5 star hotel and setting your expectations at that. While at the hotel, we came across multiple families with a ton of complaints from the same agency. There was a group the flew out on a flight with them a couple hours after us that had their flight cancelled and postponed several times same day. By the time they got to the hotel at midnight....everything was closed. Do yourself the favor of either booking with another agency with good reviews or choose Expedia/Orbitz literally ANYTHING ELSE. read more

I used Risa Travel to book my vacation to Punta Cana, DR. The owner herself, Mariela sold me the package and she painted the perfect picture. She told us this hotel was the best. When we got there the hotel had a number of problems, the main one being the A/C not working for over a month. Mariela knew about this before hand and didn't let us know anything about it so we can therefore make a decision either to stay or switch hotels. We communicated with her all the issues we had and no help or options were provided. I don't recommend this travel agency to anyone. We work too hard to save up for these vacations which are not cheap to just be lied to. read more

Traveled from Miami International flight 777 to Punta Cana on June 16, 2018. 10+ delayed and a $15 dollar food voucher. Return flight 2778 was the same 10+ hours delays. Risa Travel gets a 1 star because of the sorry airline company they charter SWIFTAIR.. Risa really needs to rethink the company they charter. A couple of weeks ago I called this agency and spoke to Mariela inquiring about prices for our summer vacation to Punta Cana she gave me the prices for the hotels and for the time frame I was looking into which were several... She was very patient and treated me like family. The call lasted less than 10 minutes and I had all the information I needed. Although I did not book right away I kept researching other agencies just to find that this one had given me the best price. After a couple weeks I called her back today and booked our trip it was very easy and over the phone transaction. The trip information was emailed to me and had the best flight options flying with American Airlines which other agencies usually offer charter flights. If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. I planned a vacation with my family; Isis claimed that the flight and hotel would be amazing. Upon arriving to the airport, none of the workers seemed to know what the airline was because upon entering the aircraft, it was a poorly made and uncomfortable plane. The pilot did not seem to know what they were doing because it took them ONE hour to realize the plane was broken. ONE HOUR. The pilot kept trying and trying, they were stubborn enough to risk all the passengers' and workers' lives. When this was brought up to Isis, she did not assist and only evaded the question with her own personal issues and did nothing to help. Save your money and use literally any other travel agency. El piloto siguió intentándolo y tratando, fueron lo suficientemente tercos como para arriesgar la vida de todos los pasajeros y trabajadores. Hola a todos Mi familia de 9 personas en total reservamos con Risa Travel un viaje a Punta Cana de Junio 11 a Junio 18, 2022 Una semana antes del viaje nos llego un comunicado que el vuelo havia cambiado de 9am a 1pm, el vuelo termino saliendo a las 4pm y terminamos llegando al resort a las 10pm (con dos niños pequeños) cuando llegamos no tuvimos el servicio VIP que haviamos comprado pues no ponen manillas ni hay ninguna diferencia entre los clientes que pagan VIP y los que no lo pagan. Ese dia fue totalmente perdido y no pudimos hacer nada mas que comer y dormir pues estabamos desde muy temprano en el aeropuerto Para el regreso fue aun peor la experiencia el vuelo cambio de 10am a 4pm a las 12 del mediodía nos recogio un bus de nextour al llegar al aeropuerto de punta cana en el counter para check in nos informaron que ese vuelo nunca fue programado para las 4pm y que la agencia Risa Travel nos havia informado mal ya que el vuelo estuvo programado para las 11:20pm siempre. Un representante de la aerolínea SkyCana nos dio esa información. Llego un representante de Risa Travel ya que decidimos todos no movernos de ahy y hasta la policía llego y la representante de Risa Travel en punta cana contacto con Mariela Gonzalez (dueña de Risa Travel) por teléfono y la solución al engaño y mala experiencia fue regresarnos al hotel, yo personalmente hable con Mariela por teléfono y prometió darnos una habitación para poder bañarnos y atender a los niños y hacer uso de los restaurantes. Al llegar al hotel no nos dieron ni habitaciónes ni nos dejaron hacer uso de los restaurantes y para bañarnos nos dieron la única opción de hacer uso de los baños de spa, pasamos de ser de huéspedes a 53 personas estar tiradas en el lobby de hotel con mucho calor y mosquitos con niños chiquitos y personas mayores. Todo fue mentira para sacarnos del aeropuerto, Mariela Gonzalez llego el momento que dejo de contestarnos y sus promesas fueron falsas A las 9:30pm nos recogieron del hotel y el vuelo salio a las 2:08am termine llegando a mi casa a las 8am todo un dia y madrugada con niños pequeños desamparados La peor experiencia vivida con Risa Travel y SkyCana Perdimos 3 dias, el dia que llegamos, el sabado y hasta el domingo no llegamos a casa La "compensación" de parte de Risa Travel fue un voucher de 100.00 dollars por persona para usar con ellos mismo dentro de un año Me pregunto, quien se beneficia de nuestra mala experiencia nosotros como clientes o Risa Travel obligándome a usar solamente 100.00 dollars por personas en un viaje con ellos? Le escribí en múltiples ocasiones a Mariela Gonzalez ya que todos los 53 pasajeros deceamos una compensación por mínima que sea en dinero pues nuestro viaje fue pagado con dinero no con voucher y su respuesta fue que siente mucho no satisfacernos que ellos no son la aerolínea y aun asi nos dan un voucher. Totalmente fuera de lugar y falta de respeto su respuesta ya que ellos como agencia son los responsables totalmente pues ningun pasajero hizo negocio con la aerolínea. Esto fue enviado el 20 de Junio 2022 y aun no me han llamado ni excrito... Junio 11 vuelo cambiado de 11:45 a 3 pm (eso pasa, no hay problema) Nos pidieron estar ahí 4 horas antes o sea a las 11 am cumpliendo con lo requerido. El vuelo se atrasó varias veces más, nadie nos quería decir nada moviéndonos de una puerta a otra. Al fin pasada las 8 mas o menos de la noche nos montaron en el avión. No se como lo hicieron porque habían más personas que asientos pero todos llegamos a SD, gracias a Dios. En el bus nos dijeron a todos que en los hoteles tienen servicio a los cuartos que podíamos pedir comida. (en el aeropuerto de Miami no nos quisieron dar vouchers a todos para la alimentación) Llegamos al hotel casi a las doce de la noche, muy hermosa presentación. Nos registramos, hicieron entrega de llave y nos dijeron que podíamos comer un snack en el bar porque no tenían servicio al cuarto como nos habian dicho. Subimos, dejamos las maletas y fuimos a comer algo. Sorpresa cuando llegamos y descubrimos que no había nada. Habían muchas personas en el bar y se había acabado todo, solo quedaban unos nachos rotos. Todo estaba regado y nosotros cansados de tantas horas.....Subimos , nos bañamos y a dormir. Al otro día me levanté a ver la vista del mar (parcial, que fue lo que pagamos) y me lleve aún otra sorpresa, no se veía el mar. Solo los motores de aire y los generadores y una calle comercial. Ni siquiera nos podíamos sentar afuera en el portal por el ruido. Cuando hice el reclamo en recepción me indicaron que esa fueron las órdenes de Risa (standard room). No quise discutir ya que me dijeron que no había nada más. Ellos agregaron que toda queja tendría que hacérsela a Risa Travel...... Así empezó mi primer día en la isla.... En nota positiva, conocimos a trabajadores muy cordiales y cariñosos (excluye las que dan servicio al cuarto) Lamentablemente las del servicio del cuarto reciben un -10 El comedor del buffet le doy 5*. Muy buena comida y un servicio impecable. No tiene nada que envidiarle a los restaurantes que sinceramente no me impresionaron para nada. La calidad de la comida en el buffet fue mucho más superior a la de los restaurantes. Mucho entretenimiento y el servicio de los bares fue muy agusto también En mi estadía hubo dos días que no le dieron servicio en mi cuarto. La primera vez llame, eran la 7 de la noche y enviaron a una muchacha que nos dijo que la que trabajaba por la mañana había indicado que el cuarto lo había hecho, cosa que no fue verdad porque nos pasamos el día entero en la playa y ahí nadie mas entro. La segunda no quise disgustarme más y arreglé la cama y habitación yo misma. El resto de los días siempre les faltaba algo, toallas, plástico de basura, jabón etc. nunca el servicio fue completo. El del bar de la habitación vino dos veces a llenar el refrigerador. Mi esposo tuvo que salir y decirle lo que necesitábamos el resto de los días. Encima de eso, En mi piso había mucha juventud que se pasaban el dia fumando marihuana y el cuarto siempre estaba pasado de ese olor. Lo único que hicieron las del servicio fue reírse, abrir la puerta del cuarto, la puerta del balcón y dejar que entrara el aire. Fueron 7 noches y después de tres años atravesando muchos obstáculos personales, añoraba tener unas vacaciones memorables para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo y nuestro aniversario de boda y fue todo lo contrario, una verdadera pesadilla. Esta reserva se hizo con muchas semanas de anticipación y mucho sacrificio para que las cosas fueran asi. Nosotros estamos acostumbrados a ir a lugares así. Las buenas propinas nunca faltaron en ninguna de las comidas, con las/los que nos traían el trago, en la piscina, las muchachas que daban el servicio en nuestra habitación etc. A todos siempre se les trató con respeto y agradecimiento tanto verbal o monetario. No puedo entender como un hotel de supuestamente 5 estrellas funcione asi sin repercusión ningúna y mucho más cuando era de adultos solo . Yo honestamente esperaba mucho más de mi viaje a RD. Y para cerrar con broche de oro en el vuelvo de Vuelta la cabina esta sujestada con cinta duct y quedaba colgando. Hola estuve viajando con esta agencia y fue una odisea,El día sábado 15 de julio del 2023 entramos a las 3 de la tarde al hotel Riu Bambu de Punta Cana, la habitación 1905 q nos dieron tenía problemas con el aire acondicionado, el calor era insoportable q no podíamos dormir, a las 3 de la mañana fuimos a la carpeta y vino un señor,pero no se solucionó nada, al día siguiente fuimos a ver a la manager Ana y le dijimos lo q había pasado y nos dijo q un mecánico iría, pasamos todo el día recordándoselo porque las horas pasaban y no iba nadie, pasamos ese domingo de nuevo sin poder dormir, el lunes de nuevo fuimos a decir del problema y q nos cambiaran de habitación, nos volvieron a decir q el mecánico iba, cosa q tampoco pasó, el martes la misma historia y estuvimos varias horas sin agua también, el miércoles volvimos a decir del problema con el aire, q no podíamos ni dormir, no pudimos casi disfrutar de nada pq era todo el día en la recepción y esperando al mecánico q nunca vino, el miércoles nos dijeron q no solo éramos nosotros q habían varias habitaciones con el mismo problema, porque estaban remodelando el hotel de al lado y había problemas con el aire acondicionado y con el agua, ese día nos enteramos de eso, ósea q el tal mecánico nunca iba a ir,porque el problema no tenía solución y q también por eso no tuvimos agua un día, ósea nos estuvieron engañando por 4 días, si ese hotel no estaba en condiciones de recibir personas como es posible q lo sigan rentando haciendo de las vacaciones de las personas un infierno y una muy mala experiencia de Punta Cana. El miércoles nos dijeron q nos iban a trasladar a otro hotel, perdimos también todo ese día en pasar de hotel, tuvimos q pagar nosotros el taxi, cosa q no es culpa nuestra, llegamos al otro hotel a las 4 de la tarde, en lo q nos instalamos perdimos otro día mas, el hotel se llama Riu República, nos dijeron el viernes q entregáramos el sábado la habitación a las 8 porque a las 9 nos recogían para llevarnos al areopuerto,pq nuestro vuelo era a la 1 y 45 de la tarde, cuando íbamos camino a la recepción a entregar la habitación, mi esposo ve pasar a la representante de nexus y la saluda y nos dice q nos estaba buscando para decirnos q nuestro vuelo se había retrasado para las 9 y 45 de la noche, q nos recogían a las 6 y 30, entregamos la habitación a las 2 q fue lo máximo q nos permitieron, estuvimos dando vueltas desde las 2 hasta las 6 y media q vino el chofer, cuando busco la lista nosotros no aparecíamos y nos dijo q no nos podía llevar pq no cabíamos q el tenía q recoger personas por diferentes hoteles, por suerte mi esposo tenía el número de una representante de nexus q el le pidió el número pq ya ella se iba a las 5 y ella hablo con el y el chofer q no y q no, hasta q al fin nos dijo q si, preguntamos en la guagua y todos habían recibido un mensaje de Risa Travel desde las 3 de la mañana anunciando q el vuelo se retrasó, a nosotros nadie nos avisó y tienen mi número, mi correo y mi WhatsApp,yo le escribí el sábado a Isis preguntándole q había pasado y nunca me respondió nada, llegamos al areopuerto y cuando fuimos a chequear nosotros no aparecíamos en ese vuelo, le explicamos al señor q yo soy diabética y q tengo operaciones en el pie y el hablo con su jefe y nos agregó, nos dijeron q el vuelo cambió para las 11 y 45 y nada de abordar, allí no había nadie q nos informaran, al fin el vuelo salió a la 1 y 10 de la mañana, yo salí de punta cana en sillón de ruedas, Mi experiencia es súper mala. read more

Es una ESTAFA. Nos vendieron un crucero y un seguro que nunca existio . Cuando vino la pandemia me dijeron que no podian devolverme el dinero y cuando to llame a norwegian me dijeron que si tuvieron un tiempo que devolvieron el dinero pero que habia pasado el tiempo. Entonces pasamoa todo crucero directamente con norwegian. Y chequeando despues los papeles nos dimos cuenta que nos robaron el dinero del seguro porque en los papeles decia que habia comprado el viaje sin seguro y no nos dieron nada ni un recibo que pagamos casi $500 por el seguro. I understand all Covid restrictions.. but this travel agency was not honest.. they should have been aware and communicated correctly all the restrictions and limitations. They sold A 3 star hotel as a 5 star, and that is completely unacceptable. They charged more For an upgrade that we did not receive. Will definitely not be using them in the near Future. read more

Bueno mi odisea fue parecida a los de muchos que han puesto su opinión y quiero ser sincera porque no me gusta perjudicar a nadie, aunque mi hija me advirtió que no viajara con ellos lo hice, cuando estábamos chequeando para irnos a Punta Cana nos sacan de la fila que ya llevábamos tiempo en la línea a decirnos q lo sentían mucho pro como éramos una familia de 3 debíamos ser nosotros lo escogidos para irnos en otro vuelo, este iba a Santo Domingo y de ahí en un bus hasta punta cana yo proteste enseguida, y no creo q fuera por eso pro consiguieron otro vuelo directo a punta cana donde mi hijastra de 14 años mi esposo y yo tuvimos que ir en asientos separados todos, nos mandaron en un vuelo que llego a las 7 : 00 AM y allí tuvimos que esperar que el vuelo de nosotros que estaba retrasando además llegara para poder irnos al hotel y pagar desayunos en el Aeropuerto de punta cana en fin llegamos al Hotel sobre las 11 desde las 1 AM en Aeropuerto d eMiami, otro problema fue el aire en la habitación muy pobre tuvieron q ir a arreglarlo y de regreso cambiaron el pasaje dos veces, llegamos casi 10 de la noche con una salida a las 4 de la tarde que jamás fue a esa hora después del retraso y la llegada Miami las maletas bueno llegamos 11 de la noche, no los recomiendo mi experiencia no fue la mejor y esto fue desde la salida en Miami, si te resuelven, tienen q hacerlo pro mejor viajen sin agencias read more

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. They rip you off completely. They give everyone different prices & sell you the trip like it is 5 star when really the hotel is a 2 star. When you reach out to them they brush you off since they already got what they wanted.... your money... Do yourself a favor & look for a different travel agency.
