Espero respuesta a mi 7 mo reclamo . read more

Bad experience, they lure you with deceiveing ads and texts, and then you get there, and have to fight in a line, because, there are a lots of ppl deceived, lured by the specials, and at the end, you end up paying the same you would have paid in another agency in the area, without the hassle of dealing with so many ppl. I feel like this is another Cuban Goverment deceitful act, we, cubans, keep being deceived by a goverment that promised cubans freedom , and decency, and only gave us suffering, and made us leave our beloved country, because it is unbereable to live there! read more

Cubamax, Everything started using one of the offers that best suited my family in Cuba. I chose the most suitable one and it was from the date of June 3 to June 8 and the offer was to deposit 2500 CUP AND 25GB in Cubacell. Cubamax only deposited 2500 CUP and has never deposited 25 GB. I have made more than 10 claims and they have not yet made the repair according to the operators, this depends on the claims department. I call this scamming customers. This is just a warning to future clients. I must also clarify that I have used CubaMax for a long time and before they were very effective; But lately it seems that they are disorganized that they do not even send payment receipts after the payment has been made. Good service and prompt delivery in Cuba. So far, the packages arrived sealed and no damages at all. Pricing is ok as well

NO GASTEN SU DINERO Y SU TIEMPO CON ESTA COMPAÑÍA SI NO QUIEREN SER ESTAFADOS read more

If every business had workers like this place does, there would never be any bad reviews. Every employee is a hard worker and eager to work quick and efficiently. They are a fine tuned machine, they all work together and are always helping each other to get the work done in the most efficient and productive way. I cannot say enough about this place and what a pleasure it is to do business with them. read more

Worse service of life!!!! I wish they would close all the Cubamax and everything related to Cuba. I don't recommend this place nor their service. They don't know how to treat the client! They have no idea what customer served is. The ladies that work here were gossiping and talk to each other while attending other clients. And to top it off they charge a 4.5% on credit card transactions. Disgusting! read more

worst website and customer service i have ever experienced. If i didnt know better i would say the people that run this business wants to NOT buy and use their services based on how difficult it is to do business with them. Once you think you're logged into the website which is NOT user friendly to begin with 1000 red tapes just to log in, then youre faced with the ever changing inventory, which can change even WHILE youre sitting there deciding what you're going to buy. then even after you have selecte something that is hopefully available for purchase and even after you have paid and think the goods are on the way, NOOOOO. If you're even slightly distracted, without any instructions, they will send you another email, which ask for all kinds MORE information, like your drivers license, and a picture of your credit card?? who is even receiving this info whish is so sensitive? and what are they doing with it?? is is safe?? who knows. THe bottom line is they rejected my order ( did refund my money) but now i am stuck with a website that says my login info is locked because i've tried to log in too many times, and an order that my relatives in Cuba will never receive. Worst company to buy from. 0/10 would not recommend at all. read more
