Once we received the quote, we accepted it and set up a date for install. They called the week before to confirm the date then 30 minutes to let us know there was an issue with the equipment but the team that was dome to install the ductwork will still be out on the original date that agreed on and even with the equipment issue the install would still only take 2 to 3 days tops. The day the gentlemen we to come out and start they came and told me that they didn't have any of the supplies in order to start they were only here to count how may registers they needed. They was on a Tuesday (the agreed upon date to start) they left within 30 minutes and said they would be back on Friday. Friday, they worked a half day and didn't finish and left and said "see you Tuesday). Tuesday came, and now they are already running a week behind. The electrician was a no show, and he came a day later, worked a half day and left because he needed parts. He came back the next day and complained profusely about the job and left suddenly again and was done for 4 days. Next, not 10 days into this job I receive a call from Reichert stating that they had to order a new control panel because what they sent was incorrect. It turns out that the electrician wired the first one in correctly and a replacement had to be ordered. I called the office to talk to Bill so I can get a sense of the job completion date. He wouldn't return me call, he had the secretary call me back. Now the gentlemen that are installing the ductwork finished up, they left an incredible mess and didn't have anything to clean up with and when they installed the registers in the celling they chipped the plaster around the opening when they cut the holes and just left it like this was acceptable. Now we are in week 3, Reichert come back with a new panel and trying to hook it all up. They had to call the electrician back because they AC/Heat pump kept blowing fuses. Now after this is all done and I have to call Recchert back to have them come back to clean and take leftover material I once again asked to talk to Bill because this it totally unacceptable that I have to chase them to finish work and I was hoping that he would be reasonable and provide me with a discount seeing that job took 3 weeks instead of 3 days. Again Bill would not call me back and he had the office secretary call me back to just say NO. he is only out for his bottom line and does not and will not put his customers first . I would never in a million years recommend this company

CJ's offered a quote and stuck to it--they said the job would take two days and that's what it took. You don't want surprises in contracting, and we had none. CJ's will also go above and beyond. As we had water damage from our plumbing failure, we had to replace floorboards. CJ's took care of it and we did not have to hire another contractor/carpenter. Our bathroom floor and walls were disgusting due to damage from the aforementioned water failure, and CJ's cleaned those as well. CJ's plumbers were also friendly, professional, and confident. Update 5/25/18 We…read moremoved into another house which had electric baseboard heating that cost us $1k/month to heat over the past winter. I called Carjon to come over and give me some options. Rob Lanni, the same rep that took care of us many years ago, actually remembered us from the old house. Rob is awesome. He recommended an electric mini-split system that is super efficient. He took the time to evaluate the home and design a system that would maximize airflow and at the same time be aesthetically pleasing both on the inside and outside the home. He also pointed out major flaws with a quote we received from another plumbing and heating company. After visualizing a plan, he went to his van, brought in his laptop, books, manuals and a printer, sat at our counter and like a wizard, hammered out a detailed quote right then and there. The quote came out to be about $1k less than our other quote. Again, the install was prompt and professional. 2 full days of specialists sweating buckets in the attic and running lines. Even Rob was there getting himself dirty. As they were wrapping up, they made sure I was satisfied and all my questions were answered. About a week after the install, I received a packet of all the necessary paperwork for a National Grid rebate. I would highly recommend Carjon with any services they provide.
