Without our knowledge or permission, Pool Scouts contacted this company and received partial information on the report WE PAID FOR. Under no circumstances should this have happened. 3. We received an email from this company saying they wanted us to call them directly instead of calling their corporate office or writing reviews. Comparing the design and equipment between the two pools, I see that the Dolphin pool I had at my other home was much better design and parts. The more I learn and live with my Valley Pool the more I wish I had my Dolphin Pool. I now see why Dolphin was a bit more in cost. Having said that, my Valley pool is ok.
