Great service! Really nice high end local bar and grill atmosphere. Catfish was breaded nicely and fries are crisp and salty.

With the garage door open, the inside seating is perfect for a Fall day with the breeze that comes through. The German Potato Salad was a hit! It is authentic to everything I know and love as I grew up with my Grandma's German Potato Salad. Theirs is a close second. The new addition of dry rub wings to the menu was a great choice. 8 count wings with countless dipping options - gold BBQ, coffee BBQ, ranch. The Grapefruit Radler was the most refreshing drink. They make it in house and is batched fresh daily. The brussel sprouts were a hit too. If a place has brussels on the menu, you know it's going to be good. Overall the meal was incredible, vibes were good, and the staff is so friendly. They even do events every Thursday night. The only con was that parking was limited, so take your chances by parking in the establishment parking next door.

We arrived right at 11:00 for lunch on a Friday and there was a line out the door. You order at the bar counter, get a number and head to your seat after filling your cups up at the drink station. The restaurant has a small indoor area, but has tons of seating with a large outdoor patio and even larger outdoor seating area with a fire pit. We heard several locals talking about how they love the burgers and frequent the establishment. I asked for a burger recommendation and she said to go with the blackberry smoke burger as it is ranked third in the world. It was a smash burger with jalapeños, white American cheese blackberry jam, bacon and mascarpone cheese and it was DELICIOUS! My husband had the Tioga Ranch burger and he enjoyed it as well. My son isn't into burgers, so he had the lady bird but he substituted ranch for the Alabama white sauce. It was so big that he didn't have room to eat all of his chicken bacon ranch fries. My husband and I shared the truffle fries and they were EXCELLENT! I wish we lived in the area so that I could try some of the other burgers because they all sounded yummy! I highly recommend you give them a try if you are ever in the area!

I had the the Blackberry Smoke burger, because I'm a sucker for blackberries and I've never seen them on a burgers, especially with jalapeños. It turned out to be a good combination. Burger size was good. It filled me up without making me overfull, but big appetites may want more. Fries and onion rings are generous sizes that can be shared. Service was fast and friendly. Whatever you choose, grab plenty of napkins because these burgers are juicy.

We had been spending the weekend checking out different parts of Nashville, and since this is Jelly Roll's bar, we definitely wanted to stop in and see what it was all about. The place has a really fun Nashville atmosphere. There is a lot going on, the music fits the setting perfectly, and it has that energetic downtown Nashville feel that makes you want to hang around for a while. We had a great time walking around, checking everything out, and enjoying the atmosphere with our group. I also thought it was pretty cool seeing all of the Jelly Roll touches throughout the place. You can tell they wanted the bar to have its own personality instead of just feeling like another generic spot on Broadway. There was plenty to look at and the whole place had a fun vibe. We were in Nashville for a football game, but getting out with friends and checking out places like Goodnight Nashville ended up being a big part of what made the weekend so much fun. It was nice having a place where we could relax, hang out, and take in some of the Nashville experience. Definitely had a great time here. If you are a Jelly Roll fan or just looking for a fun place to check out while you are spending a weekend in Nashville, Goodnight Nashville is worth a stop. I am glad we made it part of our trip.
