Contacted Fence It, Alex came out a couple days later, understood what needed to be done and came back with a reasonable estimate the next day. They quoted me a 4-6 week lead time, but since it was a relatively small project, they'd probably get me in sooner. A little over a week later, the team was here, did an excellent job securing the wooden fence post with a steel one, replaced the broken fence board and even trimmed some trees back that would have caused additional damage. Will and his team always go above and beyond, not only in communication, but friendly, professional workmanship. A pleasure to do business with!

My first appointment (March 23rd) was missed, and I was told it was due to confusion and that my appointment had been canceled by mistake. I accepted the apology and rescheduled for March 31st. Today, the day before the new appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told I wasn't on the schedule again. When I asked for clarification (understandably, since this happened twice), I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told I could "find someone else" if I didn't like it. Mistakes happen but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are not acceptable. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend confirming everything multiple times or looking elsewhere.

They are great to work with, easy to communicate with, and don't stand around. They work, and work hard. From the job boss, to the daily crew, to the stain guy ... professional all the way. This job involved replacing the non-property line fences and gates that faced Drew Drive, and South Hills Drive. I was determined to use mixed materials - the corrugated steel, steel posts and cross members for the vehicle fence for durability, and then wood to soften the design. I think it's a more dynamic overall design. It took longer than either I, or Silver State, thought, but the end result is sooooo worth it. I'm so glad we found This and That Fence to get a second opinion: the price was lower than what the first person was quoting, but also the level of detail, responsiveness and service Paul provided was incredibly top notch. After walking the yard with us, we received a highly detailed quote of the work ahead (both drawings and written details). This was enough to give us confidence to move forward and schedule with Paul. Every step of the way leading up to the scheduled work date, Paul kept me informed and kept in the loop which I really appreciated. Paul also was able to adhere to what our HOA guidelines asked for, so that there was no risk to the job performed. He was also able to modify the quote based on a shared fence line with a neighbor, bringing the price down a bit more while still providing a good section of fence to be replaced for confidence. Paul finished in a solid two days and we are so amazed by the quality of the work his team completed for us! Thank you, Paul - we will highly recommend you to anyone in need!
