I called to inquire/schedule some of the procedures I need to have done and they didn't seem interested in helping me. They then put me on hold for so long I hung up, if they would have introduced themselves when they answered the phone I would say who it was. I can almost tell it sounded like a woman between late thirties or early forties years old. I'm so disappointed and not sure I want to go back. We've been waiting for six months for an orthodontist appointment for wrap up treatment for my daughter and now three orthodontists have left without notice or explanation to me during this time and now we're just left with no help, service or options. I'm on hold with them now and so far it has been 33 minutes of hold time. Not making this up. Just don't go there. Seriously. I hope to not have to file a law suit because who has time for that, but at this point.....
