Yesterday, this office called me to remind me of an upcoming appointment & I spoke with a woman who clearly stated teeth cleaning was covered. Today I arrived and was told I would have to pay out of pocket costs...no problem, except that I specifically asked yesterday what the cost would be and the receptionist stated I was eligible for free a free cleaning. This morning, I walk in for my appointment and was told I would have to pay $200+ ! WHAT THE HELL?! I asked for this information yesterday and this wasn't mentioned. To make matters worse, this office was crowded with people in the lobby (6+) early in the morning during a pandemic! This just can't be a safe practice. The receptionist was rather rude during this process and when I asked about the free cleaning I was told I was eligible for, she didn't even acknowledge this. Now I must find another office to perform the services needed. This place needs a staff training to ensure receptionist relay the correct information at all times, and perhaps replace the receptionist there with someone with more experience, knowledge of the systems in place, and someone who can respectfully communicate issues. I won't be back, and this isn't the last of my reviews. I will be sure to inform others to consider other places to perform HONEST work who respectfully communicate the truth about the services that are eligible and the care they will be expecting to receive.

Because when i called and confirmed 30 minutes later, she quickly said "ok, we've got you" and hung up...I show up to my appointment 15 minutes early and was told "oh I don't have you on the list...but I will process you after this other lady." Needless to say after an hour + later waiting without being seen, i asked for all my documents to be shredded only for the front desk staff to tell me - I was waiting because I had not confirmed my appointment?!
