The menu was basic and simple, but has something for everyone. I got a veggie burger and my husband and two kids got hot dogs. We all enjoyed the meal. The service was very nice and friendly and the two dogs there were very kind to the kids. Clean restrooms. The music, provided by one man live was country like and calming. It feels like a desert experience. We will return if we ever come out this way again. The owner said it's only open from November til April.

This taproom location has several on tap, crowlers to go, and a good food menu - sandwiches in addition to pizza. We also enjoyed a nice fresh Caprese salad. The beer was surprisingly good quality as well. They have some date sweetened varieties which are unique and one even came with a sidecar of a date to eat. One day, surprisingly, you hear rumblings about one of the owners being moderately homophobic. Noooo...that can't be true! They've always treated you kindly enough. Moving on... You spend $10 buying a tile to decorate that will get hung in the bathroom. Super gay, you paint the tile in the most rainbow fashion possible. Once you complete your tile & turn it in, the next time you come in, you're given your tile back with a note that's supposed to be from the owner, saying your tile has been ruined & they're "sorry". Amazingly...that note was written in handwriting that's not the owner but seems very similar to another bartender. If I'm wrong....please let me know. Do I get my money back? Do you ignore what happened? Do you ignore the amazingly strange occurrence re: perceived homophobic behavior? I tried to bring it up with the bartender on duty (& remedy the situation before coming to Facebook) and was told "NO WAY that could be true." This has gone from being one of my favorite places to something that brings me heartbreak At this point, it's 0/10 WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
