The coffee was pretty good but their food is way overpriced and very small portion. Maybe go back for coffee but never anything else , grilled peanut butter and jelly on French bread was ridiculously skimpy . I mean really. It was like a pb cracker you'd get in a vending machine pack. Chicken pesto on panini was less than satisfying for 7.95, no pickle or chips either. Oh well. read more

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is nice. I'm giving two stars due to the fact that this shop describes single origin coffee and tasting notes... but fails to deliver. The coffee I had was supposed to have notes of blueberry and tasted like burnt salty run of the mill Folgers. Sorry, it sucked. It was awful. But the people were nice and if you are looking for "fro froo" whipped cream ice cream type chocolate coffee this place will do just fine. read more

We visited in April 2021 after a friend recommended it as a great local spot for fantastic coffee and delicious food. When we arrived, the outside entrance didn't do the place justice...but once we walked in, we were immediately impressed by the fun selection of menu options and the cozy and relaxing atmosphere. In addition to the traditional coffee offerings, their signature espresso drink selection made it very hard to choose what to order! They also recommended a freshly made blondie which was amazing and will now be a go-to item for us anytime we visit. Above and beyond the food and atmosphere, we were warmly greeted by the owners themselves, who offered our daughter a fresh picked flower from their garden as we were relaxing on the couch and enjoying our coffee. Needless to say, this is now a must visit spot each time we travel to Vero Beach. Huge props to Michael and Laura for creating such a wonderful café! read more

This is absolutely my favorite cafe in town! I would definitely consider it a hidden gem, you wouldn't think it was there while passing by! The food is fantastic, I've loved everything I've tried. The coffee is delicious as well, and there are many different varieties of drinks to choose from! Personally, my favorite meal to order is the Chicken Pesto Panini and a Kitty Iced Coffee. The customer service is stellar, the staff are so friendly. I've recommended Rio Coco to scads of people, and taken many friends there! Great coffee! You should check it out! I discovered Rio Coco while I was searching for good coffee shops around town I was very suprised to find one here. I was also suprised to hear that they roast their own coffee beans in house. I'll take that vs. store bought and chains any day! Inside is a quiet and cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowlageable. The menu has several items from sandwiches to smoothies. I noticed they have events here as well as a small section for an acustic band to play. Also the profits go to a good cause. I usually buy the bags of coffee but today I had a cup of one of their daily brews and it was noticeably more flavorful compared to the big name brands and hot. read more

My husband went this morning with some friends who are in town from Denmark. He brought me home a coffee and a blueberry muffin. The drink is called a Hazy Crazy and it's delicious. It's strong enough to counterbalance the sweetness of the chocolate and cream. And the muffin is to die for! I will definitely check it in person next time. Pros: I have visited for lunch on three separate occasions and found the coffee and food items to be of excellent quality. Cons: I have never seen any adult supervision. There are always boisterous teenagers hanging out. Today was the worst with teenagers actually screaming at each other. Based on the aforementioned cons, Iwould not recommend this cafe for a business lunch. read more

This is where me and my friend meet up for little coffee escapes. Probably the best place to get something tasty that won't break your wallet. I love the fact that the people who "work" there are strictly volunteers! All the proceeds go to a good cause that the local family has either joined or created. I don't know. It's very cool. Laid back and casual. Your average coffee house but with more of a tropical feel. I recommend the mocha madness which is a mocha coffee, iced or hot, all of the smoothies, and the breakfast burrito. It's the bomb dot com. Though the location might throw you off, but once you step inside and smell the fresh coffee, it will be totally worth it. read more
