He said he would order the water value, and would be back to replace it, and i only had to pay for the part then. Needless to say after MANY MANY calls from me, they kept telling me the part was still on back order. I called another Company, They came out on June 24 and order part and had it June 29. I will be leaving other reviews actually on AWADS sites. I just wanted to give you heads up , Don't call this Company because you are not getting Tony's. I research Companies for a living. And i did my research before calling Tony's. THIS company AWAD has really bad reviews. HE is working on Tony's repair reviews. AWAD had no intentions of coming back. He should be ashamed as i am a single widowed woman on a budget, And now im out of 86.40 for NOTHING!!!!!!!

I had a huge problem with an undercounter icemaker that just refused to be repaired. Benfield…read morenever gave up and stuck with the repair for months despite many setbacks. These appliances (15" undercounter icemakers) are notoriously unreliable and Benfield truly went above and beyond to stand behind their work. Through no fault of theirs, the parts to repair the maker were expensive and the labor required to do the repairs was also expensive due to the extensive time involved. When problems reappeared, Benfield quickly took more responsibility than I believe any repair vendor would take and saw to it that our home got its icemaker working again. I would say anyone is CRAZY to consider any other vendor for a home appliance repair in our area. Highly recommened!
