Monday morning at 801 when they opened, I called and left a detailed message with my phone number. As of 4pm Monday, neither of us have heard from them, not even a phone call. Another company came out and had to clear out the pea trap line Griffin told us we needed and paid nearly $400 for and said it had way too many 90 degree turns on it and it will continue to get clogged. Never again! Terrible service.

We just had our unit completely replaced after having them service our old unit for the previous 3 years. I cannot be happier!!! Because we are new to Hickory, I always ask around for good people. Many people recommended Foothills. They were right! Foothills guys are very good people. They came right away, gave a fair estimate, stuck to it and started the job the next day. They fixed the ducts, the heat strip and really did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Thomas was patient explaining the process and what we needed. Austin patiently adjusted the vents so we had even heat. The men were respectful to me and to each other. They were a pleasure to have in my home. Thank you Thomas, Michael, Austin, Joe, Jordan & Doug. Our house is now cozy warm. Lynn S

Last weekend, our 28 year old system died on us at our current home. John from sales came out Monday and went over various options. He was able to help us pick the option that we could afford without any high pressure whatsoever. He was able to schedule the crew to come in early on Tuesday and they had our complete HVAC system humming by 1:15PM. Justin explained how the system works and encouraged me to call if we had any questions. One of the owners came first to supervise the beginning of the job but the entire crew was friendly, professional and working efficiently to get our AC blowing. The is the second system that we had bought from Foothills for two separate locations over about a fourteen year period of time and we have no complaints whatsoever.

Brandon and his son were here today to service my tankless water heater…read more I've had it serviced a couple times before by plumbers in the Hickory NC area. They all ran a cleaning solution through the water heater and that was that as far as their idea of a "full service". Brandon spent over an hour adjusting everything including cleaning the filters and rods in the water heater and took the time to explain everything he was doing. This was all in addition to using the cleaning solution. This was his version of a "full service". Night and day difference from what I had experienced from the other plumbers. I would HIGHLY recommend using Brandon and A&B Plumbing. His prices are competitive and he explains them upfront. He is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I won't be using anyone else for my plumbing issues and will refer him to friends and neighbors.
