Not only was the food excellent, but the presentation was worthy of Michelin! The service was good and there were multiple televisions if you want to catch a game!

Ever since I first discovered birria tacos I have been on the hunt to try different ones. Rincon Tarasco are still hands down my favorite for birria tacos! I don't think they are listed on the menu but trust me you want to ask for them.

I think I may have found my new favorite Mexican restaurant. I have only been one time, but the shrimp tacos were without a doubt the absolute best shrimp tacos I have ever had at any restaurant ever! The shrimp were perfectly cooked and topped with a delicious sauce on yummy homemade corn tortillas. The chips and salsa were good. The beans were good. The rice was phenomenal! I never eat all of my rice at Mexican restaurants, but I ate every single bite of the rice and could have eaten more even though I was completely stuffed. Hubs ordered a mixed fajita and gave it a solid five stars as well. The service was friendly and relaxed; Exactly the way I like it. I cannot wait to go back and try more menu items. Their seafood options seem to be their specialty. Looking forward to frequenting this place more often.

Right away, as soon as I walk in it felt very familiar, like I was walkibg into any number of authentic taquerias in South Texas. It also smelled incredible in there. Quickly I saw what I wanted to eat: Chile Colorado, which is slowly stewef pork in a delicious red chili sauce. It was one of those dishes I fell in love with when I first had it at El Coyote in LA. Service was very friendly and prompt, and the prices were reasonable. There's a lot more on the menu that I will definitely try. I am looking forward to returning. So if good Mecican cuisine is what you want. Come to Fiesta Azteca!

Fiesta Azteca serves free fresh salsa and warm chips for the table as an appetizer. If you have the chance to order a margarita, I'd recommend that as well!

The salsa is not spicy at all, and the prices are very reasonable and they have daily specials which is nice. The service isn't great but it's not terrible either. The spot is clean, but not fancy by any means. Plenty of out front parking. The food isn't anything special but it is good. I had the Thursday special burrito and added white queso to it. It was HUGE. Only ate half of it! I didn't like that they made me take my cup of water back to my car, I am extremely picky when it comes to water so I always bring my own. I've never ever had anywhere not allow me to bring in my own water, they said I had to either put it at their counter or take it to my car, which I chose to take it to my car because I don't leave my drink unattended. They got me a glass of water but I unfortunately didn't like the water. So that was a bum deal. And makes me not want to go back.

The menu is small but delivers big on flavor and meat offerings: carne asada, al Pastor, ground beef, chicken, shrimp and fish. Vegans have a bean option. On this visit, I had the shrimp tacos. OMG! They brought the heat. Juicy shrimp. The shells looked and tasted like they were grilled which gave more texture along with the spices, cilantro and onion giving my mouth a flavorful party. The meal comes with 3 tacos rice and beans. In a previous visit I'd had the chicken quesadilla and it was yummy. I plan to return to try everything on the menu. The owner said a margarita machine is coming soon. But for now only American and Mexican sodas.

My three street tacos ($2 each including tax) and one fish taco ($3 including tax) were ready eight minutes after I ordered. The ordering process was efficient, with a friendly staff member outside the truck using an iPad with a credit card reader. There was no signing and no touching the iPad, so it was all contact-free. The tacos were nicely packaged, with a nice, medium salsa and lime wedges. The 4" tortillas were soft, moist, and fresh, while the four meats I tried varied greatly in flavor. The al pastor was moist, flavorful, and somewhat spicy with a good portion size (nice!), while the marinated pollo was a little drier (but still good), the grilled tilapia was okay with only a small portion size, and the asada consisted of tiny, over-cooked, dry beef cubes. Bottled water and sodas were available at reasonable prices from their cooler, but there was no seating. Watch their social media sites for their next location. Overall, I'm thinking 3.5 stars and rounding up for the reasonable price.

Was disappointed it was NOT fried tacos but corn shells that were fried and then topped. I was pleasantly surprised by the simple toppings of lettuce, tomato, avocado, and cotija. They served with rojo and verde salsa, and salt. Both salsas (with meal and chips, as well as taco beef) were under seasoned, which is always a catch-22 for some. Salsa was extremely tomato flavored, which many like, but it is from a lack of seasoning and roasting. Chips were hard corn based, thick, which is another catch-22. Service was great and friendly but I was up-charged for using a debit card. While municipals rarely make this illegal, almost all credit card companies outlaw it as up-charge for debit should be closer to .03% instead of the 3% they charged me. That puts them at risk of losing their contract with their CC servicer (if caught).
