I've been to RimTyme on several occasions and will continue to return due to the excellent customer service. I had a recent visit today due to two flat tires on my passenger side. I arrived in the morning to very prompt service. The service technicians in the back kept me posted on what was going on and even brought me back to show me what the issue was and informed me that a replacement would be needed. They were very transparent with the work. Big props to Dante at the front desk, he also had exceptional service and assisted me with getting a payment that was more than reasonable. I needed a simple set of lug nuts for my summer wheel/tire combo that I lost in my garage somewhere and when I stopped by the other surrounding shops, all of them tried to up-sell me on stuff I didn't need. Rimtyme came thru for me with exactly what I needed and pitched me with nothing more but an invitation to come back when I was ever in the market for anything else. They didn't get a huge profit from my purchase and didn't try to gouge me like the "other guys" did. I don't normally write reviews for businesses since most are just offering what they advertise and don't try to "go the extra mile" but I had such a great experience in the store for something seemingly trivial. They offered top notch customer service even though I was not coming in the store to buy a set of wheels from them to make a huge profit. If I am ever in the market for a new set of wheels and tires, I will definitely return to Rimtyme and purchase from them. While I was there, I looked around and was impressed with the HUGE selection of wheels that spanned from race inspired to what I call "blinged out" SUV shoes. This establishment has the most rude and unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. This past Saturday I had a missed call and voice mail on my phone. While listening to the vm I couldn't discern what the person was saying just something about a payment was due that day. So I called the number back and apparently the same person that left the message answered the phone and like listening to the message I wasn't able to understand what he was saying. I had to ask him three times to clearly state the name of his company. When he finally decided to speak clearly without slurring his words I advised him that he had the wrong phone number. He then asked me if I knew a Nicholas Smith; I advised him that I did not know this person and that the phone number has been mine for close to 20 years and asked him to remove my number. He then just hung up on me. On Sunday morning not afternoon but morning I get another call from this store I missed the call because I was still in bed at 10 am. I called them back and again informed the man that I didn't know Nicholas Smith and wanted my number removed. I was quite upset by this time there was no apology from Eric who called me on Sunday and he acted as though this was no big deal. I advised him To The fact that I would be calling the BBB to lodge a complaint and his response was "that's ok they won't do anything because we're a franchise". I have news for Eric I've left word with Rim Tyme's franchise office and will be contacting the BBB tomorrow since today is a Federal Holiday. I myself have been in both sales and customer service for the majority of my working career and I can't believe the lack of professionalism the staff of this store shows. I've never done business with them and never will and advise anyone else to BEWARE of these people! If they cannot be trusted to treat a person with decency and respect how could you trust their business practices. read more

Horrible customer service and quick to refer you to others so they can get you off their hands. i ordered xxr wheels for my 2015 honda civic not even a year ago. the Lexani tires they wrapped my wheels in were bald not even 5 months later. i had to purchase different wheels which cost me another 900$ but i went with continentals which have always treated me right. the wheels have a black face and chrome lip, the lip is already peeling and the clear coat is coming off in different spots. i went into the store with my receipts and they told me there was nothing they could do, it's normal wear and tear and that i should call up two different numbers to get them fixed because there's nothing they could do. another thing is, all the people that work there aren't even the same people who worked there last year! so the guy that sold me my wheels and said if i had any problem i could talk to him, was gone! i wouldn't ever recommend this place to someone else. i'd rather go across the street to rnr. read more

If you want to spend a lot of time waiting in a dirty lounge & using a jacked up bathroom with no towels. Oh by the way I came into replacing 1 tire and the store front employees didn't even bother asking what kind of tire or tire brand I'd like to have. Great customer service and great prices/payment options. Gave me a good deal on some 22" rims and tires installed. No hassle, no credit check. Just a few simple items needed that's usually already in your glove box and a valid license and you're on your way with very little to nothing down.
