I mentioned it to the lady that was directing customers and she put me back to the end of the waiting list. I was SOOOOOO PISSED I couldn't see straight. I don't think Willie was there at the time because I would have talked to him. The lady has a nasty attitude and is not beneficial to his business. Then I see the up charge of $45 for one more quart of oil and "fees" and ask about the price increase - she says "what do you mean" as if would be talking about anything other than the document in front of me. Strike two. She proceeds to tell me that my car uses more than 5 quarts of oil as if that explains $45 increase. I replied yes it uses 6 so what's the price increase for? She says "I don't know man I just work here" ... like my question was too much pressure. So then she said "that's why I didn't scan your voucher" ... so she's used to this reaction and the Groupon is a scam because as she stated "the up charge is in small print". Strike three. I don't give business to places who intentionally set their customers up. Bad news. I've been a consumer for six decades and when they treat you like you're bothering them and then they try to scam you - don't give them your business. It will catch up with them soon enough.
