Brad had an attitude that stood out among the rest. He treated us with respect and kindness and it went a long way in helping us to decide to buy our car here. He was excellent to work with and for that reason we will look for him when we are in the market for a car again. In regards to the actual dealership, the prices across the board seemed fair and in the end we were able to negotiate a deal that made everyone happy. The new car was delivered to us very clean and with gas in the tank. Brad even offered to set up our phones with the car's Bluetooth feature before we left. I really appreciated that there was no rudeness or pressure when we turned down an extended warranty that we were not interested in purchasing just then. We have had bad experiences in the past at other dealerships and so we appreciated the respectful way that they responded to "no thanks". I hope you will give them a chance if you're in the market for a car.

I had to call not once but twice and the day they said it would be ready and again no call again still in service. I have owned ford,Chevy,Toyota and never had a bad experience. I will never buy another Hyundai or purchase from Garvey Hyundai North. They need to hire real mechanics instead of backyard ones. so good luck if you purchase from there and need service.

No! Have we serviced your vehicle? No! what year ie your jeep? 2009! I was informed my Jeep was to old for them to work on.I have never been turned away at a dealership. at the least Eric could have tried to sell me a new vehicle.

    In April of 2022 my vehicle had begun to have issues with the transmission when it went in reverse…read more It would pause for 3 seconds then my front end would dip and clunk into reverse. I brought it to this dealership because it is under warranty. They got my in right away but the technician claimed there was nothing wrong. On June 26th I started my car and began to drive. I was going 20 miles per hour, my RPMs got up to about 4000 then my vehicle made a loud clunk, jolted me forward and the RPMs went down. It then immediately did it again resulting with my check engine light to come on. I called the dealership the next day and he said his next available appointment was July 25th. I was able to drive my car for one more day before it was stuck in second gear and I had to drive 30mph to the dealership, where my car has sat for a week without any status update on it. I entered the service department July 6th to see the status of my vehicle to which the gentleman told me they took it for a test drive on the 30th, to which i never received any kind of phone call to state what was going on with my vehicle. He claimed his vacation started the day before they test drove it, but didn't give a good answer as to why no one called. He said they saw what it was doing but they can't be sure what it is until they actually take it into the garage and see. I informed him I am without a car and asked if there was another option to see what it was. My vehicle will sit until they can take it in, order parts, to which it will sit until they come in. When I entered the service department, 2 mechanics were sitting and talking to someone like their day was over, 2 mechanics were leaving and one was getting ready to leave. Their service department is open until 5PM, to which I showed up at 4PM. On July 7th, I had to tow my vehicle to another dealership who could get me in sooner. The gentleman at the service desk had not a card in the world. Not even the service manager came out to speak with me.

    My husband brought my 2023 RAV 4 in for a oil change. It was my last "free" one before my 2 year…read morefree maintence was up. They were done in 25 minutes. The service technician that did the service filled out the paperwork stating that the checked all of the filters and rotated my tires. My husband brought my car home and put it on his lift because he is a mechanic with 40+ years experience. He did this due to how quick the dealership was done. My husband discovered that they did not do what the service tech said he did due to there were no fingerprints in the dirt to show it was disturbed. My husband called and talked to the service manager who a free oil change for the next time but we refused because we cant trust them to do it right.

On the 6th i came down and looked at it. I immediately found rust all over including underneath. I pointed it out to Adam and his response was what do you expect for a 13yr old vehicle? (Flippant) I thought to my self i expect honesty. Took it for a test drive and heard a clunking sound. Adam was called away for a call and John took over. He said they would put a free unde coat on it and find out what the clunking was and fix it. I was very happy with that so i put $6700.00 down and financed the rest. Adam messaged me and said the clunking was the coil over the strut and they also had to replace the e brake for it to pass inspection (how do you sell a vehicle that won't pass inspection?). Also, they would have to replace the arm. I was glad all these things would be fixed. Adam kept in touch Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Then silence Monday, Tuesday Wednesdays. I finally called and asked what was going on? Bad news the part needed was on nationwide back order i couldnt get the rav 4. Adam said they would send it to auction and it would be destroyed and they were taking a loss. He then tried to sell me a 15,000 car not the make i wanted. I declined. Requested a refund. Not even 24hrs later i see they are selling the rav 4 now for $10999. I was furious. They blamed the parts department. I was told everytime i called for my refund that takes 7 to 10 days it was in the mail. Its September 9th and still no refund I called September 7th and John said the check was there, its been there. The lack of communication is embarrassing. The offered to sell me the rav4 at the same price but Adam had told me the other coil would probably have to be replaced and id probably have constant problems with it. Wow, really? Selling it it was an awesome deal and an excellent vehicle what changed What should of been a happy and exciting experience turned into a nightmare. Oh, when speaking to John on the 7th he said he would leave my check in the center console of a vehicle out front. Guess what? All the vehicles were locked. So this morning i have to drive 1/2 hr to hopefully get my refund What an absolute disaster this whole thing has been
