Brad had an attitude that stood out among the rest. He treated us with respect and kindness and it went a long way in helping us to decide to buy our car here. He was excellent to work with and for that reason we will look for him when we are in the market for a car again. In regards to the actual dealership, the prices across the board seemed fair and in the end we were able to negotiate a deal that made everyone happy. The new car was delivered to us very clean and with gas in the tank. Brad even offered to set up our phones with the car's Bluetooth feature before we left. I really appreciated that there was no rudeness or pressure when we turned down an extended warranty that we were not interested in purchasing just then. We have had bad experiences in the past at other dealerships and so we appreciated the respectful way that they responded to "no thanks". I hope you will give them a chance if you're in the market for a car.

I had to call not once but twice and the day they said it would be ready and again no call again still in service. I have owned ford,Chevy,Toyota and never had a bad experience. I will never buy another Hyundai or purchase from Garvey Hyundai North. They need to hire real mechanics instead of backyard ones. so good luck if you purchase from there and need service.

I've seen been using Riley Ford for service since they bought Bailey. I own 3 Ford vehicles that I always have the dealer service (alignments, tire changes, oil changes, recalls, etc) The last 2 times I came here I told them I'd be waiting while the work was performed. All I had done was swap my winter tires out for summers and check the alignment. Both times I waited for more than 4 hours for this to get done! Most recently I asked specifically for the tires to be road force balanced (they are one of the few dealers in the area that offer this service) and after waiting all of this time the service advisor told me that the tech wasn't able to do it. These tires have 2 seasons on them and have always been road force balanced and alignment checked. The wear is perfect on them. I'm guessing the tech just hasn't been trained fully on how to use a road force balancer. At the end I was only billed $160. How can a service department turn a profit when they are only billing $160 for 4 hours of work? And how come both times the service advisor told me when I booked the appointment that it would take approximately 2 hours?

No! Have we serviced your vehicle? No! what year ie your jeep? 2009! I was informed my Jeep was to old for them to work on.I have never been turned away at a dealership. at the least Eric could have tried to sell me a new vehicle.

    In April of 2022 my vehicle had begun to have issues with the transmission when it went in reverse…read more It would pause for 3 seconds then my front end would dip and clunk into reverse. I brought it to this dealership because it is under warranty. They got my in right away but the technician claimed there was nothing wrong. On June 26th I started my car and began to drive. I was going 20 miles per hour, my RPMs got up to about 4000 then my vehicle made a loud clunk, jolted me forward and the RPMs went down. It then immediately did it again resulting with my check engine light to come on. I called the dealership the next day and he said his next available appointment was July 25th. I was able to drive my car for one more day before it was stuck in second gear and I had to drive 30mph to the dealership, where my car has sat for a week without any status update on it. I entered the service department July 6th to see the status of my vehicle to which the gentleman told me they took it for a test drive on the 30th, to which i never received any kind of phone call to state what was going on with my vehicle. He claimed his vacation started the day before they test drove it, but didn't give a good answer as to why no one called. He said they saw what it was doing but they can't be sure what it is until they actually take it into the garage and see. I informed him I am without a car and asked if there was another option to see what it was. My vehicle will sit until they can take it in, order parts, to which it will sit until they come in. When I entered the service department, 2 mechanics were sitting and talking to someone like their day was over, 2 mechanics were leaving and one was getting ready to leave. Their service department is open until 5PM, to which I showed up at 4PM. On July 7th, I had to tow my vehicle to another dealership who could get me in sooner. The gentleman at the service desk had not a card in the world. Not even the service manager came out to speak with me.

    I recently found myself in a bit of a pickle. My older car started having some issues and was in…read moreneed of quite a bit of maintenance. It wasn't the most cost effective to continue to keep fixing a car this old so I decided it was time for a new one. With the current state of the pandemic and supply chain issues getting a new car or an affordable used car isn't as easy as it has been in the past. I called several dealers and the only option was to order a new car and have it built. I wasn't sure if my present car could make it 2-3+ more months for a custom car to arrive so i was hoping for another option. My aunt suggested I call Kara at Della Subaru in Plattsburgh, I am glad I did! I was able to get in touch with her quickly. Kara was extremely helpful, responsive and understanding of my situation. This dealership was getting quite a few cars in within the next few weeks. She was very patient and thorough in explaining the options of what was coming, helped to answer all my questions and assisted me secure my choice with a down payment. Kara offered all the options, bells and whistles that were available but didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. It was very easy to work with her over the phone, email and text since I am about 5 hours from her dealership. She kept me up to date on what was happening throughout the process. Picking up the car was a breeze. I was able to test drive it before I finalized the purchase. I was told before I came down that if for some reason I wasn't happy I could get a refund on my deposit and I wasn't tied to this car in any way. This gave me a great piece of mind. I worked with Jenn to do all the financials. She was also patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership, and working with Kara and Jenn. If you need a car and are willing to take a drive call and check their inventory.
