The service technician that did the service filled out the paperwork stating that the checked all of the filters and rotated my tires. My husband brought my car home and put it on his lift because he is a mechanic with 40+ years experience. He did this due to how quick the dealership was done. My husband discovered that they did not do what the service tech said he did due to there were no fingerprints in the dirt to show it was disturbed. My husband called and talked to the service manager who a free oil change for the next time but we refused because we cant trust them to do it right.

Could not find an issue but re-imaged (updated) computer and charged me $200 Trip 2- Scheduled lube oil and filter for a 20,000 mile service on wifes car... 2.5 hrs in service department for a lube oil and filter while I waited there. This was a SCHEDULED appointment, not a drive-in. Seems a bit excessive Trip 3- Car had a check engine light and a traction control off light come on. Service Dept. advised us NOT to drive car. Della couldnt get it in for a week to have it looked at. Took it in, mechanic found evap code, problem was a loose gas cap. Charged me $80.00! Probably would not have nearly the issue with the $80 charge, had I not been made to wait a week to find out how minor the issue was. I do understand that we had a mechanic tied up for a period diagnosing the issue. This is not the type of customer service that we are accustomed to from this dealership. I have owned Toyotas almost exclusively for 30 plus years. These experiences have me questioning whether that will continue into the future.

As it happened, I needed a sway bar, which can be expensive. They didn't have one in stock, but they were able to procure one and install it if I was willing to wait (which I was.) My car is as good as new. The whole thing -- 75,000 mile service and the sway bar -- ran me $300, which I consider a bargain.

Poor Management! We liked the salesman, Logan, and appreciated his time and laid-back approach. We…read moretest drove the vehicle, discussed trade-in values and financing. The estimated monthly payment was below the budget we had requested, so we left feeling confident moving forward. The next day, we decided we were ready to buy. Based on our conversations with Logan, we planned to put $12,500 down, with approximately $7,600 coming from the equity in our Honda CR-V. During our discussions, Logan stated over the phone that we would need to bring a $4,900 cashier's check. When we returned to sign the paperwork, everything was different. Before we were ever shown the APR or monthly payment we had requested in advance, we were already discussing warranty options with numbers that didn't seem to match what we had previously agreed upon. When we questioned the discrepancy and asked for Logan, the manager, came in but couldn't clearly explain where the misunderstanding had occurred. Instead, he produced a document comparing the $12,500 down payment we had discussed with a $4,900 figure, as though they were the same thing. We had never discussed a $4,900 down payment until we were ready to go all in. It then became obvious that somewhere along the way, the difference between our total down payment and our out-of-pocket contribution had been confused. We fully acknowledge that we could have caught the mistake sooner by double-checking the math ourselves. However, this misunderstanding happened over multiple conversations, and no one at the dealership caught it either. As customers, we relied on the figures being presented to us properly. What happened next was the most disappointing part. Instead of calmly walking through the numbers, the manager told us, "If you can't do the math, you need to leave," and walked out of the room to "cool down." Thinking we couldn't hear him say "I'm not selling you that car today". This all happened in front of our one-year-old child. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What we can't overlook is how the situation was handled. A respectful explanation and a willingness to work through the misunderstanding would have gone a long way. Instead, we left feeling embarrassed, confused, and wondering how a simple math misunderstanding escalated into such an unprofessional interaction. Definitely go with a different dealership or at least a more experienced salesman so this doesn't happen to you!

I brought it to this dealership because it is under warranty. They got my in right away but the technician claimed there was nothing wrong. On June 26th I started my car and began to drive. I was going 20 miles per hour, my RPMs got up to about 4000 then my vehicle made a loud clunk, jolted me forward and the RPMs went down. It then immediately did it again resulting with my check engine light to come on. I called the dealership the next day and he said his next available appointment was July 25th. I was able to drive my car for one more day before it was stuck in second gear and I had to drive 30mph to the dealership, where my car has sat for a week without any status update on it. I entered the service department July 6th to see the status of my vehicle to which the gentleman told me they took it for a test drive on the 30th, to which i never received any kind of phone call to state what was going on with my vehicle. He claimed his vacation started the day before they test drove it, but didn't give a good answer as to why no one called. He said they saw what it was doing but they can't be sure what it is until they actually take it into the garage and see. I informed him I am without a car and asked if there was another option to see what it was. My vehicle will sit until they can take it in, order parts, to which it will sit until they come in. When I entered the service department, 2 mechanics were sitting and talking to someone like their day was over, 2 mechanics were leaving and one was getting ready to leave. Their service department is open until 5PM, to which I showed up at 4PM. On July 7th, I had to tow my vehicle to another dealership who could get me in sooner. The gentleman at the service desk had not a card in the world. Not even the service manager came out to speak with me.
