They brought a small pitcher of water (no more than 1.5L) for a table of 6. Water was room temperature & no ice at all. By the time he got his food, every single one of us was done or asking for a carry out box for their meal. While the owner was very nice, there obviously was a lack of communication between him & the waitress during the 20min wait bc even she was asking "can I get you something else?" not knowing the owner already had already given us some cake in a carry out container. I get Friday's are busy but don't put Crab Cakes on the menu (he got a side salad as the side so they didn't need any sides) if it takes 20min to make it or that nobody on a Friday night is ordering it at all that you can't skip an order.
