Fantastic job at fair price! I needed to weld on a new tongue and hitch to my trailer and Jesse nailed it. My neighbor is a retired welder and said that he has never seen such a strong engineering job with such good welds. There were multiple angles with above, beside and below that needed welding and Jesse put together the perfect plan to make sure everything was super strong. I am so happy I finally found a real iron artist for my spiral stairs. After having contacted many iron /welding companies I was actually referred to Jesse/WickedWeld by other licensed welders that said he specialized in spiral stairs. We spoke on the phone, he sent me his current license and bonding and set a date to check out the site location. On arrival, he took all necessary measurements, and assured me the project would be done within a 6 weeks. I must say it was not a small project. Along with a very detailed preapproved standard plan for the spiral stairs, I had an additional specially engineered and designed landing. (I didnt want to mention it but out of the dozen welders I emailed a PDF copy of the design to, none of them seemed too enthusiastic after seeing the design and requirements) Since this was an unfamiliar design for both architect and engineer, it was not for Jesse. He recomended I make changes to the drawing that would simplify and bring the cost down. He was right. I spent a couple days going back to LADBS, but it was worth it. As he sculpted the staircase he sent me updated photos of the proccess everytime he worked on it until it was finished. It was a very exciting process to see. On install day he showed with crew at 7:30am and his mobile truck was fitted like a traveling circus, it had everything equipped and he coordinated the powder coat co. for delivery. He and his crew assisted the crane in picking and setting the stairs and landing. Within 2 hours W.W. was done installing (bolting into 2nd story floor and footings.) As if he had done a hundred of these installs, no second thoughts. Im not a novice when it comes to construction. I wish every contractor I came accross had the same integrity as Jesse. I failed to mention for everything he did his price was reasonable too. It took me a yr to get this project approved by the city, it took WW 8 weeks to correct, build and install. I recently contacted Jesse to build an enclosed patio and an enclosed storage yard for my business. It is beautiful. I had so many compliments. His design gave my business a very modern look. It is exactly what I was looking for. It looks like wood panels but it made of a very durable material. Never rust. I also had him do a screen door for my back kitchen door. That door was complicated because it has a fan blower on top with piping running on the side corner of the door and he was able to come up with a solution to work around it and custom made the screen door. I am completely satisfy with his work as always. He completed the project quick because he has this welding machine attached to his vehicle so he can work onsite. I first worked with Jesse about 7 years ago. I hired him to custom make an iron steel door for the grand door entrance. With the design he came up with, I truly think he is a great designer. Because he is so creative, I had him install gates for all my windows and back doors for my entire house. I had two other business locations in Orange County and again I had to call him on those two projects. He will be my go to person if I have any custom welding projects. I don't have to explain much because he understand immediately what I looking for. I just explain very little to him about my purpose of installing the gates and he comes up with the designs and solutions.
