This place is run by one of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever met (Bill). T.J…read more (Bill's son) seemed much more amiable, but I didn't interact with him much. I emailed Bill with a description and reference photos for a very simple rack that would mount onto my car to get an estimate. He responded, "I am shore we can help," and then asked to see the car in person. I sent him an email explaining that my girlfriend would drive it in while I was at work and explained in more detail what I was looking for to make sure the photos made sense. When she showed up, he got angry and said that I lied with my photos, but he gave an estimate anyway and said I would need to design it myself. He also only schedules jobs one week at a time, so if you talk to him on a Thursday, you have to call back on Monday to schedule anything. I made all the measurements and mocked up a design and aluminum bracket prototype to have him make in steel. After calling him on a Monday, he said to have my girlfriend bring the car in again on Tuesday. She did, and he said, "I don't need that f**king design, I know what he wants." and "This is the last thing I want to do right now, I am way too busy for this sh**!", said to call back on Wednesday, and sent her home. I called back Wednesday and he said, "Drop the car off Friday morning and I'll try to squeeze it in sometime that afternoon". I took off work and we drove the car in to drop it off Friday at 10AM so I could meet him in person and make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for, explain my design and prototype, and show him that my photos weren't lying. He stormed into the office and said, "Where the he** have you been?! I opened at 8AM and you should have been here to drop it off! There's no way I'm working on it this late! When you don't show up, I have to find other things to fill the time and am too busy for the rest of the day, now!", etc, etc with lots of yelling and swearing. I told him that if he wants people to show up at a certain time, he should narrow down the term 'Morning' and give a real time, at which point he turned around, walked out, and slammed the door in my face. While we were walking to our cars to drive down to the welding shop a couple doors down (Nichol's), he continued yelling angry things at us, including, "Oh, and I only check my email twice a week!", to which I responded, "Well that's an inefficient way to run a business". He replied with, "You're inefficient!". We got in our cars and drove away, vowing to post bad reviews in as many places as possible to warn people of the terrible business management, customer service, scheduling policy, communication, and everything else that comes with this business. While T.J. might be 'the man', he's unfortunately not the one in charge and not the one you will have to deal with.

Jeffrey is a fierce advocate for his clients who truly believes in justice as a force of healing--…read morea devotee to the ideals of family law. His smooth expertise and flexibility in court allowed a sensitive but often flustered guy like me to speak up during proceedings in a way that was deeply meaningful, personal, and cathartic. I will never forget how he cleared the way for me to offer kindness in a case that felt like it was going to force me to go against everything I believed in or how graciously he adjusted to my unexpected outburst of altruism in court. This is a lawyer who has mastered the logos of argument so well that pathos is allowed to share the stage. All of Jeffrey's emails included links to excellent resources for his clients to cultivate a healthy attitude after divorce and other changes in life. I am a more confident man moving forward thanks to working with Jeffrey-- and all for what was a very charitable price. This guy is the real deal. If it didn't mean going through more extreme personal shakeups in my life, I'd be eager to work with him again and again! I have nothing but gratitude and awe for Mr. Pollock!

I paid $50 in advance for a 30-minute consultation. However, the consultation never actually happened -- I only spoke with him briefly (about five minutes) to cancel and request a refund. No legal advice or service was provided, but Mr. Pollock refused to return my $50 despite multiple polite requests and my explaining that I am currently struggling financially. I even told him that $50 is about a week's worth of food for me. During that short call, he was dismissive and insisted that "any phone call counts as a legal consultation." He kept the call going until around the five-minute mark, then hung up abruptly to avoid issuing a refund. He also told me to "think about it," which seemed like a way to delay returning my money. Later, he even claimed that sending him an email would also count as a billable consultation -- something that felt completely unreasonable to me. After that, he said by email that he was "out of town" and would handle it later, but I never heard back from him again. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before working with this attorney. I truly wish my first attempt to seek affordable legal help had been handled with more professionalism and empathy.

I received an RFE Letter for my brother and sister. In short, it has been very challenging to work…read morewith her and we do not get valuable help by hiring her. We experience difficulty to get documentation from our government, however, I still remember that her answer is pretty much just submitting whatever documents that we have. This is honestly disheartening because while I understand she may not be the one who'll get impacted by the outcome of the case, but the point of we are hiring her is to obtain her expertise. I ended up contacting nonprofit lawyers and I received more valuable help. They mentioned I would have to create affidavit letters and they provided as what to put in the affidavit letters, who should create it, that they have to be notarized and have to be in original etc. These are tangible and useful advice that I can follow. Other lawyers also mentioned we can make suggestions to provide a DNA tests. I paid a lot of money in advance so that the process is easier, but at the end we also have to work on this ourselves, even for a document that she technically has control of. After creating the letter, however, she still refused to review them because the letters does not have too many information, according to her. If the info is too little, then add something then in the letter?? We are inexperienced that's why we are looking for help. After reviewing the cover letter, she also did not mention about we would need to send the original affidavit document. This is honestly infuriating for my family because it can take a week to send documents from the other side of the world. Furthermore, she does not seem to be very knowledgeable in family based petition. We ended up hiring another immigration attorney who are more experienced in taking care of similar cases. There are things that she mentioned that seems strange (e.g. my brother can use the copy of original RFE letter in responding, while my sister case, she has to use original RFE letter - why??) A minor concern is she also scanned my brother's document crooked and it took her a month to just re-fill a document for my brother. I know there is no missing information and there are still 3 weeks left before RFE deadline, but these little things just suggests us that her work is sloppy and she does not seem very interested in taking care of my family's cases. In short, it has been a challenging process for me to deal with her and we don't receive valuable feedback. In the end, we work on almost 100% on our cases and ask another non-profit attorney to review the cases for a peace of mind. Although we may have still used her service (since we have paid her), however all of these concerns have accumulated and just break the trust we had for her. If you read this message, I would find a different attorney that would be willing to help your case, especially if your case is very specific. She does not seem to have the experience/knowledge nor interests to be helpful even though she has received the cash.

If you're in need of a excellent immigration attorney and paralegal look no more!!!! Vanessa…read moreCaruso and Allison Rowland are simply the best! To be honest, finding Vanessa and Allison was the best thing that's happened to us. They gave us hope and confidence that they could get us where we needed to be and THEY DID INDEED. My husband and I struggled for years with my immigration case which involved several layers, not the least of which was an I-601A Hardship Waiver and trip back to my home country! We were exhausted from searching for a good immigration attorney that is not only knowledgeable but also professional and sympathetic. One day while surfing through the internet I stumbled across Vanessa's website. I immediately got in touch with her by email. Since that day our lives changed and will never be the same. And although I do not live in the same state as her, she reassured us that she can do everything through email, mail and FaceTime. This worked beautifully because of their organized and fluid approach. Senior Paralegal Allison Rowland is the consummate professional and an EXPERT on writing Hardship Waivers. You do not want to tell your story without her! She works like a beast and get things done in a timely fashion and is very knowledgeable as well. I should also mention that they are worth way more than what they charge for their services. "Above and beyond the call of duty" doesn't do justice to the thoroughness, patience, perseverance and responsiveness they showed in handling our case. I could literally write a whole book with ALL the positive experiences and interactions we had with those two beautiful souls. In the end the result was all that they promised and we are extremely satisfied and happy with their services. I have a green card to show for it! Highly, highly, highly recommended!!
