As a party of one, I always sit at the bar. There's always a great selection of beer on tap, and almost always a stout, my favorite. If you're not sure what to order the staff will allow you to sample. If you want a bite to eat, there is a kitchen with standard bar food. I've had a smash burger and recently chicken fingers. For drinks, I tried the Love, Umma, which was a Korean beer that was developed by the owner, who is Korean and I loved the notes of ginseng and 누룽지 in it. It was light but also had a unique flavor. I bought a really cool necklace from one vendor and she and her colleague were really kind. Dacha is a semi-outdoor beer garden across from Nat's Park and a short walk from Audi Field, making it the perfect storm to collect a massive crowd before a game. We arrived shortly before happy hour ended, about two hours before a Friday night Spirit game and were able to get a table. Dacha did fill up quickly, but with plenty of seating and an open section with standing tables in the center, there was still room to move around. With the glass walls surrounding us, we felt like we were in a garden. The noise level, while high, was not as bad as Solace, and we were still actually able to hear each other. Our server did not check on us as time went by, but she did bring us waters as soon as we were seated, which really exceeds my expectations for a beer garden. Our food and drinks arrived quickly and were super tasty. Both the flagship lager and IPA were drinks I'd order again, and as a vinho verde admirer, I appreciated having that as an option on the HH menu. While the skinny burger is delicious, the real star of the HH menu is the fried pickles, homemade and flavorful and piping hot. I'm eager to go back for another pregame and try the HH cocktail, perhaps sampling something from the regular menu as well.

Ive never been here on a weekend day. Its also great to support a business where the entire staff are deaf. I didnt figure this out until after a few visits and each time, the person pouring my draft was using sign language and reading my lips to help me. Beers have always been good. This time I had a JRA, which is a hoppy lager and very good. Mom had a fancy cola. It would be fun if they did a happy hour too. There's always a burger food truck parked here, but have never tried it. We sat outside, soaked up the sun like two lizards, had good conversation and enjoyed the beautiful day. Id definitely come back again when in the area.

I've been self-teaching myself sign language, and having the opportunity to come here and get some real one-on-one interaction and practice has been incredible. It's one thing to study on your own, but being able to engage in person in such a welcoming, supportive environment has been absolutely amazing. That kind of experience is rare -- and so appreciated. The atmosphere is relaxed, inclusive, and genuinely warm. The outdoor space is spacious and perfect for soaking up the sun, and we love that food trucks rotate through -- it makes every visit feel a little different. And Magnolia (our mini dachshund) is clearly a fan too. She was stretched out in the sunshine, completely relaxed, soaking it all in like she owned the place. Watching her sprawl out and enjoy herself just added to the whole experience. Great beer, great people, great vibes. We'll definitely keep coming back.
