I believe the correct industry term is a stairlift…read more I had been pricing and getting quotes from multiple companies.  Most companies wouldn't even give me a price range over the phone and they were rude!  I ended up getting three quotes and Med Mart was the lowest quote  ( They didn't beat the competitor by much) .  I almost went with the middle company but the sales guy Chris was great.  He wasn't high pressure like the other salesman and was straight to the point with product facts and pricing.   My mom needed a stair lift pretty bad so we needed to get the stairlift put in as soon as possible.   Med Mart was able to put the lift in the same week I called them telling them I wanted to move forward.  They are family owned business and they told me it would really help if I wrote a positive review about my experience.  I also attached a picture of the one of the stairlifts they have in the showroom.  Being able to try the stairlift was very important because I made sure my mom could fit her caboose in the seat and operate the unit.  Thank you so Much Chris and all the other med mart employees  PS.  The installers were courteous and made sure to keep my house clean while they were doing there work!

I assume this is in-line with industry standards. After insurance paid their share I was sent a bill for $39.46 in June. After tracking down the insurance payment, I paid the bill in August. In September a debt collector started harassing me for a $15 late fee. The debt collection never asked for me to pay the bill (because it was already paid). I called customer service and they refused to waive the fee and call off the debt collection agency. I pay numerous medical bills and have never incurred worse customer service.

It is now the end of July and I still do not have a new mask, or other needed supplies for that matter and they canceled the order. They are eager to get you in at the start of your service so they can get your money, but just another scam when you need new or replacement supplies.
