Apparently he couldn't wait for 7 minutes, but he was over 10 minutes late to my first appointment.

When i asked for a supervisor she refused to put one on the phone, claiming she is the supervisor; i tried to make the process as smooth as it can be, but seems she wanted to make everything complicated, finally asked for the number but "demanded" it from me, i refuse to accept such hostile environment and her manager should review her job position.
