This company moved my elderly aunt from Nashville to Lenior City. Most of the boxes had to be stored in the company warehouse until her house was completed. When they delivered her boxes, furniture and other items, rats had eaten through her boxes and droppings were inside her boxes. The furniture was severely damaged, bedroom suite had to be replaced and 6 decorative lamps were damaged beyond repair. A second trip had to made from Nashville to Lenior City because they "forgot" to include all of items. She had contacted the company and has had no response or restitution and she had only asked for one month storage refund to cover the damages, still no response from this company. I have so many good things to say about the Right Move Moving Company! Viktor (the owner) handled most of my move, and he couldn't have been more helpful! He really went above and beyond to ensure I had an easy move and saved as much money as possible. He even flew back on a budget airline, after I suggested it! He could have easily done otherwise and costed me an extra few hundred dollars, but he didn't. I also believe he did everything he could to make the move so fast! He drove from Birmingham to Philadelphia for my long-distance move. He had all of my belongings moved in in less than 36 hours! This was my first time hiring a company to help with moving. I usually just do it myself and recruit family to help, but we weren't able to do that this year. I have definitely seen the light!!!! It was much easier to enjoy my new home without being sore & in pain for a week! Haha. I am definitely sticking with moving companies in the future! Best moving experience I've ever had, and I've moved a bunch. These guys arrived right at the beginning of the arrival window and they were ready to work. They bounded up and down my stairs, carried mattresses like Lebron palms a basketball, and were super careful with all of my belongings. Plus, they were nice to me and they were nice to each other. I can't stand it when movers bicker with each other...and these guys were really a good team. Viktor arrived with the team to greet me, and his involvement from the beginning put me at ease. Hired this company months in advance for a simple 1BR move-out and had multiple items damaged or broken, including a new, $300 coffee table that the owner told me was "too cheap to replace." Right Move Moving Company went above and beyond!! After researching movers and gathering details and estimates, we ultimately went with Right Move. Our move was one where we needed to keep our things on the truck overnight. Viktor and Marco moved us in the rain (Day 1) and snow (Day 2), all while keeping a positive attitude and generous demeanor. These guys have worked in the moving business for many years and it showed. They took extra measures to wrap all of our furniture so as to not get damaged. All of our many boxes and furniture did not fit on one truck. I failed to remember our bulky outdoor furniture and underestimated how many boxes we had. Yet, they had another truck on the way as soon as we realized it wouldn't fit. These guys made what could've been a miserable move, a very pleasant experience. When I started called at 4pm Friday to try and schedule movers for 2pm Saturday I knew beggars can't be choosers. HOWEVER, I am very happy that the third call I made to Right Move was the one we ended up using. The owner Viktor was VERY attentive and helpful when setting up our move. He had 1 crew available, and was able to schedule me. He was also thorough in explaining the costs & fees so that there were no surprises. Our moving situation was a little unique in that we were not moving from house to house. We sold our home and moved most of our belongings into a storage unit, and we have been living in a furnished rental for 3 months. So this move was to get everything out of storage and into our newly purchased home. Our movers were on time, courteous, friendly, and a fun to be around. We were worried because of the previous experience with the movers from a different company who moved us out of our house seemed more concerned with speed than care. They dinged up stuff in our old house and furniture. But our Right Move movers were very cautious and careful to make sure and not damage or ding our furniture or home. They did not mind at all when I changed my mind with where a piece of furniture needed to go and asked them to move again. If I needed to move again, I would definitely hire Right Move.
