However, after seeing the condition of my table once the move was complete, I can't recommend them for moving items of value. The table was already known to be fragile, but it was not handled with the care it required. A chipped mirror piece was left behind, which was disappointing. While they did bring proper equipment, it wasn't used as effectively as it should have been to protect the furniture. They may be fine for basic moves, but I would not trust them with delicate or high-value items.

We had a very disappointing experience dealing with the owner, Brian. Without going into too much…read moredetail, after we reported damage that occurred during our move, Brian's response was extremely unprofessional and confrontational. Rather than trying to understand what happened or help resolve the issue, he immediately insisted that we had caused the damage and refused to assist us. We reported the situation to Belmont University, which has been very helpful and told us they would speak with Brian. Unfortunately, it appears their ability to intervene may be limited because his company holds the moving contract. In my opinion, the way this situation was handled was completely inappropriate, particularly for someone working with college students and their families. Moving is already stressful, and customers should be treated with professionalism and respect when problems arise. We are continuing to work with Belmont to try to resolve the matter. I never asked for a refund -- just for him to acknowledge the damage and he treated us poorly. We may report this to the BBB as well.

They got most of our boxes to the correct rooms and were respectful of our furniture and home. The price definitely seemed fair for moving rates these days. My one complaint is that the crew seemed a little young and inexperienced. We had a couch we wanted to take upstairs and they just decided it wasn't going to fit and left it downstairs. My husband has measured now and it definitely will fit and now we're left to try to figure out how to get it upstairs on our own. More experienced movers will have measured before just giving up on the job. Otherwise they did a good job and we were happy with their service.
