The days are filled with activities and all the residents seemed happy. Special food requests were given and they have a tiny dog that would visit the residents a couple times a week. That was a highlight for sure. AZ Life is an Arizona Long Term Care certified facility. We literally visited dozens and nothing compared to Ludmilla's beautiful home. Jessica and Arnold do not communicate until dat before or day of when they want to come out. I had to go through Bridgett to eveb schedule with Jessica and even after I asked Bridgett to have Jessica reach out, she never did!! She sent a message through Bridgett stating that she would do a nonbillable and discharge my mother without seeing her!! Then Bridgett messages me the following week stating that the office does not want this to happen and that another Supervisor would be reaching out. I got a call around 6pm from a man named David stating that he was scheduled to come out the next day!! I guess they seem to feel that people do not have things going on and are just waiting for them. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible customer service!!!!

Drs said they were never contacted. Radio silence so I followed up with the contact I had. "Sorry I thought the director was going to contact you." So much for we will support you through this process.

Switching our family care to Karibu has made us realize just how much we had been missing--and how…read morethankful we are to have found Anthony and Amy. We see Anthony or Amy every time, so they truly know us, and our entire family's history. They are top notch doctors who take time to listen and are very thorough. We used to wait days for an appointment, never see the same doctor, repeat our history and feel rushed. Usually just deferring to Urgent Care. The environment they've created is warm, welcoming, and personal. Our kids actually enjoy going to the doctor, feel comfortable, and know they are seen, heard, and cared for. Sometimes you don't realize how special something is until you experience the difference. We are incredibly thankful we made the switch and found providers we can truly count on and trust.

I noticed many complaints of timeliness giving this practice a lower score but realize that when her patients are on time, she can give them her full attention for the full alotted time. This also allows her to stay on time for her next patient which is so respectful. I love that she stays on schedule and if you know you tend to run late, put an earlier time on your calendar so you are respectful of everyones time. It is standard practice to charge late fees, no show fees, cancellation fees etc. How else can you run an efficient clinic? I think this place is fantastic and I was appalled to see so many complaints...yet after reading them, they were all from people who can't show up on time or pay a bill...that is not a Karibu problem. In my opinion, this clinic is top notch!
