Comfort Keepers in Oviedo is the Best of Oviedo…read more I have worked with this Home Care Agency for 10 years by now. For Tony and Gina it is a family organization. They are there to provide care for the clients 24/7, rain or shine. This is the reason they are recommended by the families, for the families. And the way they treat the employees, you get the feel of a family member. If you visit any of the Assisted Livings, Nursing Homes or homes you will always find a Comfort Keeper.

This was a time in our lives where we needed a company that viewed home care as a partnership and not just another client for their books. At Sandcastle everyone we encountered treated us like they truly cared and tailored their services to our individual needs. The owner was even heavily involved in making sure we had the level of service we expected and needed. I recommend them to all my friends and coworkers who may need their services. Give them a call if you are in the need of home care, they will work with you to make sure you are taken care of. Top notch company.

We wanted to enjoy the Theme parks without taking the twins along. I called the hotel and they said the childcare service they recommended to their guests was Brightstar. I was hesitant to call a nanny service, but knew if we didn't, life would be miserable at the Theme parks with a couple of two year olds tagging along. I am soooo glad that I made the leap of faith. I have nothing but positive things to say about Brightstar. They were professional and nice from the first moment I talked to them on the phone I called them the night before I needed the babysitter (about 18 hours notice). I told them I was looking for someone with experience in taking care of multiples, as they are extremely challenging. I wouldn't have been surprised if they were not able to find someone with such short notice. However, in about an hour, I received a call back from Brightstar. The lady recommended one of their nannies named Shalimar, aka "Dee". She told me the hourly rate would be $19.00--sort of expensive, but well worth it for my sanity. We ended up using Dee three times over the course of the next two weeks. She stayed with our twins about 9-10 hours each time. Dee arrived right on time each day. She was very sweet, humble, and great with the twins. She took them to the playground at the hotel, put them down for their nap, fed, them, and kept them entertained each day--which was no small feat! Dee sent me text messages a few times throughout the day to let me know how they were doing, which gave me further peace of mind. By the time Dee left on her third day, the twins were hugging her and kissing her good-bye. They really liked her and seemed to enjoy their time with her. I would highly recommend Dee to anyone needing care for their children,. She is completely trustworthy and very competent. I will definitely request her again when we return. Thanks so much Dee and Brightstar!!! :)))
