Having your teeth pulled is a harrowing experience on it's own. Having to learn how to eat with dentures is one as well. After having my teeth pulled and gums healed, it was time for dentures. Dr. G made the experience much more comfortable. He was very precise in his measurements for my dentures and they came out beautiful and I can comfortably eat with my dentures. Dr. G has told me many times to call and make an appointment for an adjustment if I feel any blisters or any painful areas. This reassurance has made the overall experience much more tollerable. Came in yesterday with my 12-year-old daughter with waist length hair and a head filled with all stages of lice- eggs, and full-sized adults; we called at 7:45 am and had an appointment 1 hr. later! Heavenly was the technician who helped us and she was phenomenal! She carefully explained the entire process with kindness and patience. She carefully and successfully removed every single trace of lice from my scared and sad kiddos head in less than 1.5 hours and provided clear instruction for home care. Hopefully, we never have to deal with this again but if we do, I will absolutely use the service again. Parents- lice is a NIGHTMARE to deal with on your own and can be detrimental to your child's self-esteem. Rachael has been a joy and great assistance to my mother (and me!). Several times I have needed extra care for mom at non-work hours. Each time, I've reached a service which connects me with Soheila (co-owner) who arranges for the needed coverage. This has included overnight coverage arranged at the last minute as well as early morning assistance. The set-up was easy and quick. The invoice comes regularly and we've had no problems with billing. They also provide a "pre-paid" gift card that we pay for so the caregiver has money accessible if she needs to purchase items for mom. With much of the family dispersed, Visiting Angels has been a great boon for the family. I discovered them by visiting another client and I would recommend them to others.

I was shocked and at the end I asked to withdraw my application since I didn't with to work for this company for an obvious reason. Thanks to this shocking experience -I had never have interview like this one before - I will never apply to any of the BrightStar locations again.
