Riffraff is a very popular apparel store, and I never leave there empty handed - even if I didn't plan to get anything. They always have trendy, high quality outfits, and their staff has always been incredibly helpful when I've had questions. Their in-store experience has always been top notch. I have never ordered online, so I can't speak to that experience. Riffraff also offers really adorable and trendy home goods as well. They have a lot of Arkansas (hooray!) and Texas (noooo!) goods and apparel so you can show off your home state pride. The reason I'm giving Riffraff four stars instead of five is that there is another business in Fayetteville with a similar aesthetic that offers more affordable options. The clothes at Riffraff are quality but a bit pricey. read more

I placed an order on 1/17/2023 for a Valentine's sweater. My order moved to processing but nothing happened after that. I reached out weeks later to figure out what was going on, and received a rude email telling me I had placed a "pre-order" on the sweater (no I hadn't. In fact, I wouldn't have ordered at all if it was on pre-order, as I really didn't care either way about the sweater. Why would I wait weeks/months, since they don't tell you how long pre-order is, for a sweater I only halfway cared about). I just received it on 2/6/2023. It's a Hanes Ultimate Cotton sweater that sells for $16 online. The price on RiffRaff? $54. The print job is fine but that's literally all they do. Buy a cheap sweater and print on it, and take nearly a month to do it. I could've bought one hand stitched off Etsy for that same time and price. read more

Terrible customer service. They argue with you and expect you to know that the inventory in store is different than online. Very condescending and rude experience with Kali. Currently trying to cancel my order. For context, I ordered something marked "preorder" but it said it was "in stock" in store so I assumed the "in stock" message trumped the preorder. I emailed explaining that I was super hopeful to get this in time for my Bach trip Sept 13th & was met with rude condescending responses from Kali basically insinuating I can't read their website and should know their store inventory is different than their online inventory & there's nothing I can do. Trying to cancel my order ahead of time before letting them ruin more of my Bachelorette fun, but now of course Kali won't respond. Save your money!! read more

Awful customer service. Your order will sit in "fulfillment" for WEEKS without moving and when you try to reach out- you won't get any kind of reply. Numerous times I tried to call (they're no longer taking phone calls!), email, and even DM on Instagram- no response whatsoever. Finally, I disputed the charges (because, yes, they'll still take your money!) with my bank and THEN someone decided to reply to one (of my many) emails. Absolutely horrific customer service and shipping- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I wish I'd listened to all the other bad reviews because they are 100% correct! I have never had a worse experience with a store. I placed an online order in November! It somehow got lost and I could barely get help. The emails I received were rude and short. I finally was able to replace the order back on November 30th and have not even been notified if it's shipped. I received an email saying the fulfillment process began and usps is awaiting the item, that was over a week ago with no changes. I bought a sweater this time last year from Riffraff. Dry cleaned after wearing - went to put it on this year for thanksgiving and it's literally coming apart. I emailed customer service and was told they'd let the buyers know. Letting your buyers know for future reference so you don't continue to sell low quality product that falls apart after one wear does not make me want to continue supporting what I thought was a customer friendly small business. Such a cute boutique located on the Town Square. They have to trendy clothing at boutique prices. Cute jewelry, gifts, summer-wear, bags & a few home goods like cups & plates. They've carried Mudpie & Creative Coop. I bought a pair of the faux Valentino spiky shoes which were used their photo shoot. They were in my size & bought them for $5! Love their sales rack. Myself, my sister, and our 4 daughters stopped by this cute shop while i visited Fayetteville last weekend for the TCU vs Arkansas football game. My daughter (a TCU student) and I had shopped at the Dallas store and were looking forward to seeing this one and it did not disappoint! It was easy to spot with the big red balloons draped up the building like a page out of Pinterest! So cute! So many cute things for game day, brands like Show me your Mumu, jewelry, and cute little gifts! Our sales associate Danielle was adorable!! She took her time asking what I was looking for, and brought things to show me that I may have missed! My favorite store ever! I live about 45 minutes away from Fayetteville, so I do most of my shopping at Riffraff online. I've never had a bad experience. They have tons of cute, trendy items! I'm all about their tees. Their Charlie Southern and Friday + Saturday t-shirts are so soft and fun. I'm pretty sure I have at least 10 of them! The employees here are great too. I follow some of them on Instagram just to see how they style their favorite Riffraff outfits. Whenever I email/dm the store, I always get a quick and friendly response. Kynzee (who I believe is in charge of the main email for the store) is so sweet! She is very helpful with all my questions about my orders. My favorite thing about this store would have to be that it is run by a team of women. I just love that they are all about empowering one another, as well as their female customers! read more

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago after getting a notification that an item that I liked was back in stock. I placed my order on Wednesday, November 20th and my only option for shipping was to pay $10 for priority shipping. What the heck? I really liked this shirt. It's ok to splurge every now and then. A week later, I had heard nothing from RiffRaff about the status of my order. When I looked at my order's status on the website it said "cancelled" :( But somehow the money had still taken out of my account. When I contacted RiffRaff, they said there had been a mistake on the website and my order would be shipping out right away. I just received my order today (December 2nd) and thought it was reasonable to request a refund for the $10 priority shipping I had to pay for an item that took so long to get here. Makes sense right? Well RiffRaff's excuse was that because I paid with an eCheck, my item took longer to process. That's funny because I didn't pay with an eCheck. I paid with a good ole fashioned credit card and RiffRaff refused to refund the $10 for priority shipping. Such a bummer. Will not be shopping here again. Oh, and on top of that, the shirt was a disappointment. It came to me completely wrinkled :( read more

The girl I talked to in store had the most painful accent, and sounded so uneducated and admitted she had not one clue what she was doing. Selection is a little too pricey. Clothing is nice but not to eclectic. They had stickers with Hillary and Obama faces but no Trump? When you lean to far one side you lose half of the customers that lean to the other side. Provide all spectrums of political figures or leave politics out of your store completely. Please note, while I did visit their Dallas store, this review is largely based on my experience with their customer service manager and the owner, both out of Fayetteville, and business policies in general. I have to say, I'm very frustrated and disappointed with this store. I have fairly awarded them 2 stars because they do have some cute merchandise. That being said, their business model leaves much to be desired. I visited their Dallas store Saturday afternoon and purchased a dress for an event I have this weekend. Upon returning home, less than an hour after I bought the dress, I received a text from the bride giving the details of a much more casual rehearsal dinner than I had expected. I was unable to return to the store that day due to it closing early for a private event. I returned shortly after the store's opening on Sunday to exchange the garment for a more appropriate dress. I made a valiant effort to find a suitable dress, trying on around 8 dresses in total. There were few dresses in my small size in the store, let alone of the proper style, presumably due to the private party the evening before. The dress is still in the same condition it was at the time I purchased it, and given my honest effort to adhere to their policy of exchanges rather than returns, I was really hoping an exception can be made for me. This was not the case. The manager told me no so I escalated it to the customer service manager, who also said no. I further escalated it to the owner, who chose to just not respond to my email. I followed up with another email, all exceedingly nice, and was told no, again by the customer service manager. If you choose to shop here, be very aware that there is little room for error. As someone who chooses to shop at small businesses to show support for local owners, I can only say, what a slap in the face. read more

They gave a very inaccurate description of the suit on their website, and I would never have bought it if they specified that it did not have padding. What swimsuit doesn't have padding? This is a Fayetteville staple. They are one of the original boutiques in town, growing to be a large online retailer. They have a fabulous window display, and the details and special touches inside are worth spending an hour just walking through the store. They are selective when they curate pieces for the store- taking into consideration their market and current trends. I love to stop here if I have an upcoming event, like a football game or a girls night, or shopping for the perfect gift for family and friends. I paid the $13 to ship back in time to get my "credit". I tracked the return shipment, and they received it over a week ago, I have yet to receive a store credit. This place is a JOKE. First of all - NEVER EVER EVER purchase anything from their website. Not only is it all super tiny, but they charge you a MINIMUM of $10 to ship. I don't know where they get this number from because a t-shirt weight less than a few ounces shouldn't cost nearly that much! If you do make the awful decision to purchase something, and have to return it... DON'T! Sell it, give it away or just toss it in the trash. THE CUSTOMER pays another $10 to ship it back to their rinky dink store and then gets ONLY store credit. This all comes after weeks of trying to get one of their sales people on the phone or to respond to an email. I'm still trying to sort out a good chunk of credit I have with them. If they think they are stealing money from me, guess again. The name implies that they would sell funky clothes for misfits (riffraff means people who have very low social status) however they sell trendy, overly priced apparel. I do enjoy some of what they have to offer but their items are completely out of my price range and I feel awkward every time I go in. I've ordered a bunch of things because they now have FREE SHIPPING on everything, which is awesome, and every time something doesn't fit or just isn't for me, making returns have been incredibly easy! I'm stunned the reviews on here are so low! They get new items every single day, and if something is sold out in your size, you can sign up for a Restock Notify and get an email the second it gets added back to the site! Worst customer service you will ever encounter. They sent me the wrong item and proceeded to argue and make my experience more inconvenient, instead of taking responsibility for their actions. There is no way to easily contact somebody either. They do not leave a phone number to call for customer service because they do not like to take responsibility for their actions over the phone and think it is easier to hide behind an email. They not only lost me as a customer, but my friends as well. Their customer service manager is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Do your job and respond to emails and answer the phone! And when a customer asks to speak to your higher manager or boss..... give them the contact info instead of arguing with them. I am all about supporting local business, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had, and their company should train their employees better. Recently I bought some bridesmaids gifts and I misunderstood the price and Riffraff communicated with me in a professional manner and gave excellent customer service!
