EDIT: I want to make sure I respond to this since the owner has the audacity to try to downplay the…read moresituation. Mind you they charge you $85 including tax just to receive your overpriced quote. Send me my money back and I will gladly remove my review. But anyways, in terms of your "warranty" it was clearly stated on the estimate that labor and installation were not included. And in response to "customer provided her own materials" that is because I was told multiple, multiple times that I had to because you didn't stock those items on the truck. Again, what you're doing is not good business, it is taking advantage of people who unfortunately do not know any better. I digress. Will completely price gouge you and charge obscene amounts of money and extra fees in their quotes. I would not recommend and not have them do any work. Save yourself THOUSANDS by having someone else do the work for you. Also nothing is warrantied including labor. A huge waste of time.

She took full responsibility for the lack of action with this issue, and issued a full reimbursement for what I paid to have another company service my furnace. She was very polite and made sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. True to her word, a received a check less than a week later covering the full cost of repair. I'd give Alexis a 5* rating for her response, but because this never should have happened in the first place I will leave it at 3*s.
