I know, this many years later ... however, I don't live in Missouri, so I made the appointments (needed) to about two weeks in advance after explaining the situation to the receptionist. She was so helpful and understanding. Both appointments were quick and easy. First was impressions and the second was my fitting. They worked out the few problems with the new retainer (mild reshaping to fit better) and I've had no problems or complaints since!

Originally supposed to be two months ago, Im blue collar and can only dedicate a Saturday and told us that was fine until they said their dentist for that day decided they weren't coming in the day before. Then they did the same thing and when I spoke to the front desk over the phone, no explanation and honestly didn't seem to care at all. Save yourself some time and go somewhere that actually cares and is honest about their hours and days they're open.
