Dr. Davis was very clear on what she saw in xrays and didn't try to up-sell me on braces or teeth whitening (the sorts of things other dentists have done). She answered my questions without seeming to be rushed. The cleaning with Aris was the best cleaning that I've had in 50+ years of visiting the dentist. I've had some weird cleaning experiences (hygienists setting tools on my chest; jabbering away and oversharing; leaving water running out my mouth and down my neck; poking me with sharp tools accidentally). Aris did none of those things. She was efficient, kind, checked in routinely and made me feel comfortable, and my teeth look great! I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I left immediately left message that night letting the business know what occurred. 2/12/26.No one called me regarding my message left the night prior. In an attempt to get an emergency appointment, I called several times between 8:20am and 8:25am trying to speak with someone. Upon my final try at 8:26, someone answered. The staff I finally spoke to on the phone was snotty and unprofessional. I explained the situation and she said she doesn't think there are any appointments today. I told her point blank that wouldn't work for me because I was just seen last week for a cleaning and then I had a chunk of tooth come off while flossing last night. The woman on the phone again said they don't have any appointments. I asked if there were any for other dentists as "the one who saw me clearly didn't know what he was doing." She said "well that's rude." I informed her I didn't care if she thought it was rude or her personal feeling on the matter as I now have a missing chunk of my tooth and I was just seen there last week for a check up. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The woman said she could send me to voicemail because the supervisor wasn't available. I told the woman that wouldn't work for me either because I don't know when the supervisor would call back. I told her I needed to speak to someone. She said "I don't know why you're acting like this." I stated "again, your personal feelings don't need to be a part of this conversation. I need an appointment to fix my tooth." The woman put me on hold without any explanation. She made me wait for 20 minutes on the phone for a supervisor. I finally got an appointment after speaking with the supervisor. I attempted to call 2 times on my way to the appointment as I was running behind. No one answered, much like the morning. I walked in at the 15 minute late mark. They demanded I reschedule despite me telling them I had called in attempt to let them know I was running behind. The supervisor told me they would need to reschedule due to me being "rude to their staff" earlier in the day on the phone and she told me I could either reschedule or go somewhere else. I did tell them I didn't want any of their "assholes" working on my teeth so I would gladly not come back. I also stated the people in the office were being "bitches." After getting in my car, I called the business calmly and asked to speak to the owner. I had 3 people hang up on me after denying my request to make a complaint. Ultimately, they ended up calling the cops on me. When police arrived, the officer refused to tell me why the business put me on a trespass verbal warning. This business has a dentist who is not good at his practice and super unprofessional staff who refuse to help a situation. Rather, they push customers away and get unnecessary police involvement and trespasses put on people. At the end of the day, I still have a broken tooth, I'm in pain, and now have to find different dentists for my family.
